We (DS7 and I) are going for a two night trip in late July (yeah I know, bad time of year). Our plan is to do 1/2 a day at each waterpark, 2 1/2 days at M.K. and 1 1/2 day at Epcot. In order of prioity our goals for Epcot are:

Ride Test track, preferably several times (it was closed the only time we've been before)
Eat Lunch or Dinner at Le Cellier
Ride Spaceship Earth once (missed it last time)
See Turtle Talk with Crush one more time
See Illuminations (missed it last time)

If we have time we might ride a few other FW attractions but if we don't get to them at all that's fine. We won't do anything in Epcot except for Le Cellier (we went last summer and walked all the way around WS. In the heat it was miserable so we'll skip it this year.

So here's my question -- if we go on a day with a EMH a.m. can we do all those things in the evening, or will the lines be absolutely awful and all the fastpasses gone. Or should we go first thing in the morning, and skip Illuminations. If we do go in the afternoon, how early would we have to arrive to get a FP for Test Track? Or is there a time slot when lines might be manageable (e.g. if we eat dinner early and then do Test track at 7:00 while everyone else is eating/staking out Illuminations seating?

Do EMH if possible! Fastpasses for TT are usually gone by late afternoon and with the mid to late day rain shower that is the norm your better off in the AM. We always do EMH and almost always do the entire FW in about 2hrs. :teeth:

I think that if you get there early enough in the afternoon you should be able to get a fastpass to TT.

Another option for the Epcot day... Go to Epcot early get a Fast Pass for or possibly ride standby if you are early enough. Head over to turtle talk. Go to water park for the day. Return to Epcot for a late dinner... hit space ship earth and then have for illumination.

The only drawback to this is that the water park may be full (do they still fill up in the summer?) and you will miss the least crowded time in the AM. If you stay at the water park long enough the crowds should start thinning out as the day progresses.
