Morimoto- dress code?

I know its considered an upscale, fine dining restaurant, but are jeans and a nice top acceptable (woman) or will i feel super underdressed? Really excited to finally try it!!

Absolutely. In the summer heat, I’ve even gone with nice shorts and a shirt. I’ve found the later in the evening the nicer it tends to be ( think date night vs families on vacation), but still, clean and neat is the key.

Frankly I wear nice shorts and tops every day in WDW - it's not like I'm working in the yard or cleaning the house. As long as you don't look like you're a sweaty mess and someone has jumped you in the parking garage, you'll b fine in whatever.

You'll be fine! It's a gorgeous restaurant, but I didn't feel like it was particulary judge-y anad it certainly doesn't have all the online disclaimers like the signature restaurants do. Like a previous poster mentioned, I likely would dress up a little bit more if it were an evening/dinner ressie than during the day (just because of where I'd be coming from and whether or not I had a chance to return to my resort).

No restaurant on property has a strict dress code except Victoria and Albert’s. A lot of people go after the park in park clothes

People just go in their park clothing. No one will look twice at you.
