More winners in the lottery?

I am from Michigan and we have the lottery with the huge payout, sometimes only one person. Wouldn't it be nice to have a smaller payout, say $l00,000 and have lots more winners? I usually don't play but I might if there were better odds. Wouldn't it help the economy also? Just my 2 cents!

I always wish that some of those big lotteries would have more than one winner!
