More Points For Near HH at OKW in 2017?

I just read a review on tripadvisor of OKW. The writer said his family owns since 1991. He concludes the review with the assertion that starting in 2017, Disney will "charge more for units near the front of the resort" like at SSR.
This is the first I've heard about this. Anybody hear anything about this? Maybe it was bus driver leaking the secret?

I don't know. Maybe the reviewer is also a bus driver:
If being close to the main pool and lobby is important, make sure to request a room towards the front of the resort, however, starting in 2017, they will start charging more for these rooms. Disney is doing this with several of the resorts, including Old Key West and Saratoga Springs.

That would be great if it happens. Renters like the HH area while owners often prefer non-HH. It would be nice to get cheaper villas as an option.
