More fluff! What do you think of George Clooney?

I love my fellow Kentuckian. When Rosemary died I wondered if it would be rude to stalk at a funeral.:lmao: I think he is a great actor, gorgeous and a nice person. When watching him on Dateline last Sunday, I told DH "That man will be running for office in no time." His father ran(and lost) but I don't think that would happen to George. Sorry to bring politics into the thread, but if he would run against Mitch McConnell for senator I would be a happy woman.:hippie: I'm not totally sure if he is considered a resident of Ky, though I assume he is.:confused3

Handsome man, nice guy, funny guy, decent person.

As for politics, he has said "too many drugs, too many women." I think he likes his life as it is!

I take it your sister's in St. Louis, then? :thumbsup2 He was filming for the better part of 2 weeks in a semi-empty office building across the street, and then for one day last week, they filmed right outside our building and in our lobby. When word came through our (huge) office that he was downstairs, the place emptied out like a tornado had blown through. And as we were racewalking to the escalators, people were pouring out of the elevator banks. It was hilarious.

I snuck a photo and then had to snatch my camera back out of our building security guy's hands. Grr. The film people were totally cool with people hanging around and taking pics while they weren't filming, but bldg security decided they needed to "flex their muscles," as it were. Anyway, it's not great, but here it is:

Nice pic! Yes, my sister is in STL. She works in Clayton and they were filming in her building on Tuesday. She (and some co-workers) "found" a production map, so she emailed it to me. I was just there last week and told her that if he showed up (they were scouting the building at the time) that it would be "Take Your Sister To Work Day!" She said he is much skinnier than he looks on screen and has much more gray hair than she expected. Fine with me! :thumbsup2

He was pretty good in "O Brother where art thou??"

And let us not forget soaking wet in "The Perfect Storm". :thumbsup2

(I dragged my mother to that movie. She didn't think it had a much of a plot. I didn't care.)

Ocean's Thirteen is on HBO right now. They must be transmitting in Hi Def. He looks a lot yummier than when it airs on the USA Network.:love:

When Rosemary died I wondered if it would be rude to stalk at a funeral.

People did. I saw his father talking about all the family and friends being gathered in the yard after the funeral, catching up, and George had to stay in the house.

tee hee...me too!

Hey all! Just bumping this to mention that my photo was published in the company newsletter this past Friday. We thought the filming was pretty much done downtown after a few weeks of their shooting mainly in the suburbs, but on Friday, the trucks and crew were back. I'll be sure to post any more pics if I happen to be lucky enough to see the man again. :lovestruc

Ah! It's nice waking up for a hit of my man, George!

:yay:George Alert! It's a re-run, but I think George is on Ellen today! She's on on the east coast (NBC) right now!
