More Fantasmic seating questions...

We will be there the first week of June and would like to get good seats.

If you do the dinner package, which section do they put you in? Do you think it's worth it?

We saw the show last year and got seated in the top of the Pochahontas section. We went to the second show, like I had been advised, but apparently so did everyone else!
It wasn't terrible, but I would like to be in the center and down closer to the front, as I had a hard time seeing the water screens where we were.

What's the strategy for getting those front and center spots?

Getting there about an hour early....even earlier that time of year....well worth the wait, the show really is fantasmic!!!!

Actually just pulled out the birnbaum book and it says....


Seating begins about 90 minutes before showtime--though some guests line up even earlier. Check a times guide for the schedule. We recommend sitting toward the back--the view is good and it's easier to get out after the show. There is standing room, too. After the finale, plan to sit for a bit. It can take 20 minutes for the crowd to exit the theater.

TIMING TIP: On nights when Fantasmic! is presented twice, see the last show. Afterward as the masses exit the park, take some time to browse the shops that keep their doors open after hours.

If you go with the package you will be right of center. We did it and we were very glad. We were there MLK weekend and we went 30 minutes before showtime and had great seats. If you do not want to get wet, sit back at least 6 rows or so.
