More Booze, Babble & Bananas

Beth you have to find something you enjoy doing and you won't miss them so much ! I missed mine at first when they were younger but then I realized all the things I can do without them being around

I know. If I had a car, it would be a totally different story. When we were in CA and Adam and Noelle were in school, I'd take the twins to all their appts (speech and OT back then) then we'd hit Target and/or run errands. I was on the road all day long until time to pick up Adam and Noelle.

There was no time to miss anyone. Now with Ruben using the car during the day, it's a lot harder to pass the time. I've even thought about getting a job! But again, with out a car it and having to work around the kids school schedule it really narrows the possibilities.

If only I was a teacher, I could work at the kids school. But then again, I've never had any desire to teach.....

My mom missed us too. Just think of all the things you can get done without them driving you crazy.

Well, I did clean the bathrooms and wash the rugs this morning! That's a start. LOL

Hey whatever happened to Ruben's Jeep ??

Nothing, it's here. He drives it now and then to run errands or what not, but he doesn't really want to take it to work. The hospital isn't in the best area, and the parking is unsecure. There has been lots of break ins and things stolen or the cars themselves stolen.

Since his brother had the Jeep the whole time we were in MI and spent almost $20,000 on upgrades for it, he's worried (or rather his mom is) that something will happen to it.

For those dieting, take that sausage off

Better take off the cheese too! LOL
