Twink one last bit of advice. Have the realtors kicked in anything yet? When we bought our current home we were close but not exactly there on a deal. I asked the realtor straight up to reduce his commission and he did not even blink an eye. My Mom was a realtor, it was her idea.

My eyes hurt, I just got back from dropping Max off at his Scout meeting and I forgot my sunglasses. I was looking straight into the sun for about 10 minutes. Then I drove around looking for someone's house to drop stuff off. She didn't answer her phone, darn it, and I never found it. In a few minutes I have to turn around and pick Max back up. I will remember my sunglasses this time.
