Dinner is made! Tonight it's some chicken and stuffing and broccoli thing. Looks good. :upsidedow

Now it's time to start school and none of the boys are hearing my voice this morning and I'm tired today again.

I can already tell it's going to be one of those days that I have to lock Kaleb in his room so I can get things done. :sad2:

so whats everyone doin today?
i am gonna rake leaves later
ds3 got a haircut yesterday and he looks fab!

Poor MommyP! One of those days!

I am so stuffed up this morning. I betcha I snored :scared1: (which I don't really care) and I have 3 daycare buddies coming (plus Norah) so I have to feel better fast! Yesterday was a lie-on-the-couch-and-watch-videos-day for the kids because I was sick. Makes me feel guilty that I'm not enriching them or doing something cool with them. Today may just have to be a take-it-easy day too.

Mr. Potato Head buys me a good hour:rolleyes1 We bought those all-you-can-pack-in-a-container parts and pieces at Downtown Disney. I swear that is a FUN toy!

I hope you feel better soon!

Can you just fill the box with parts to use on a Walmart 5 dollar head?

Oh YES! That's what we did. Don't waste the space in the box with the potato! I felt badly for the people stuffing parts inside the potato because that wastes space. I also buy the seasonal potatoes from walmart like Spiderman or the Easter ones. You know you and Chad want to play Mr. Potato Head! :cool2: LOL!

good morning!

Hiya Toot! Don't worry- you can always procrastinate tomorrow!:rotfl:

Well I am out for the day- I have to get my ducks in a row for class, go to a meeting, clean up my pigsty of a house for the babysitter and plan 2-3 uncomfortable conversations. Yuck!

1. I am quitting my job. Who hoo! But I hate to tell them...
2. My babysitter has aksed to move in with us (she is going to college in the new town where we are moving)... and after weighing the pros and the cons, I don't think it is a goog idea to have a very pretty 18 year old whom my 13 year old son already kind of has a crush on living with us in what will be cramped quarters. Also she wants free rent in exchange for babysitting but as I am quitting my job I don't need much babysitting.... but still I don't like letting folks down.
2. I have a student who is flunking and in denial. Like so far has a 33% so nowhere near passing. I think he is going to go postal today. He has already been rude and disrespectful and deserves to flunk for the carp he has pulled alone.

So I would rather be here.... everyone be funny so I have so goog stuff to read later!
Thanks!!!

A pretty "wife" to move in with the Twinkies???

What a funny quandary!!!

I would be all over it and spend my days in Barnes and Noble (ok, ONCE in a while). Here's your chance to be a "pampered wife" and have an ex-TREMELY well behaved 13 yr. old DS :cool2: LOL!

Twinkie - Another couple years you will already have a live-in babysitter, your Son!

Morning all,

UMA-- hope your cold gets better soon. Nothing worse then a mom getting sick and still have to carry on.

Mommy P -- of course you are tired you are with child...So what is my excuse. I am tired too. I will blame it on the weather. Looks like rain.

Twinkie-- good luck with your to do list. Watch out for that postal dude.

And I was one of those people that bought a potato to put in the box:rotfl2: We do not have $5.00 Heads at Walmart here or at least I don't think we do. Besides the kids played with that toy back in the hotel room. Now we can just buy spare parts.

Good morning M'ers!

I hope all is well with everyone!

Hi ladies. Hope your day is going well.

Here's the baby names I promised. Theses are real names people named their kids at the hospital I work at.(for those of you who don't know)

Do you like any of these MommyP?:confused3

1. Eecve---I don't even know how to say that or what it is.

2. Zoronaen--perhaps Zorro mated with a Klingon?

3. Armani--fashionista in the making;)

4. Koy--perhaps they like large goldfish.:fish:

5. Jabari--Twink, what can you do with this one? popcorn::

That's all I have for now. Have a great day gang.

BabyN - I don't think I'll be using any of those. lol

Babynurse are those all boys?

Everyone must be busy today. It is slow here.

I have been working on a cross stitch I started along time ago and a neighbour just asked if I ever got it finished. Actually all I have left is the backstitching which is the part I hate doing but makes the picture pop.

Only when I do it the time goes by very fast. I look at the clock and it is two hours later.

Hi Kids !

Hope everyone is enjoying their afternoon. It is beautiful here. Got my errands finished and am going to order my pirate party tickets when daughter gets home. We can only order 4 with the AP discount and we need 5.

Nab! I used to love to cross stitch- especially quilts and baby things! Can't anymore due to rheumatoid arthritis, but I'd love to be able to get lost in a project again.

I know!!! You say it E-C-V... this kid is named after those fancy park navigating devices! I bet the older sister is Eesuve after the family car!

2. Zoronaen--perhaps Zorro mated with a Klingon?

Now this has possiblities.... is it Zo-ron-ee-ann... named after the family antidepressant (zoloft) and the dad (ron ). and mom (ann)?
or is it Zorro-nay-een? I predict we will be seeing more of these kids.
:thumbsup2

3. Armani--fashionista in the making;)
Yep. Mama is jonesin' for some Italian clothes methinks. Or she misspelled Imani which is some african language for "faith".... one of the tenets of kwannzaa.

4. Koy--perhaps they like large goldfish.:fish:

I bet the dad didn't like "coy" so they changed it to a K. So kute!
5. Jabari--Twink, what can you do with this one? popcorn::

I bet this is the last name of some baseball player (where is wheat thins when you need him?) but maybe Janeen and Barry wanted to combine their names for a baby girl.. wah la! Jabari :goodvibes
That's all I have for now. Have a great day gang.

Thanks BabyN! That was fun.

Ok gang. I am ready for class... now I need to pick up my house. It is awful!!!!

I also buy the seasonal potatoes from walmart like Spiderman or the Easter ones.

What season does Spiderman go with? Is it a Utah thing?
Ha!
I'm on a roll today. :rotfl: Sorry it's all for your posts, Utah dear.
Hope you're feeling better.

Actually all I have left is the backstitching which is the part I hate doing but makes the picture pop.

I hate it too. I always figure out the mistakes I made that I didn't see before trying to do the backstitching.
I was working on my needlepoint last night. I bought it to do and give to my mom as a birthday/mother's day gift -
Her birthday is Saturday and I'm going to be gone for Mother's day and it's still not done.
Tammy keeps bugging me to finish it. I don't know why. :confused3 Of course I'll finish it! It's for Christmas! ;)
