So DD called me at 6 to tell me they're on their way back from Loo-oh-vull. They spent the night at a place called the Fun Dome which sounds like a more grown up Chuck E. Cheese to me. I said they spent the night....I didn't say they slept. This could be a fun day.

Lexi: I say just drive. If it wasn't for our 10 day trip, we'd be driving again. But taking the kids out of school for 2 weeks is pushing it. I know we aren't going to be liked very much come December with the schools.

DH and the kids brought me breakfast in bed (of course, there was a gigundo latte on the tray), so the day is off to a darn goog start! I am now firmly planted on the couch in my fuzzy pj's. Life is grand!!!!!!!!!!!

Why am I suddenly humming "The Skater's Waltz"


Mission 1: accomplished. I feel like Ethan Hunt. (but not Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt cuz that's just crazy)


Mission 2: Victoria's Secret here we come (Btw, my MIL and FIL got me a VS gift card for Christmas. Do you know how many levels of wrong it is to see your FIL's name on a gift card from VS? The bad thing is, he has the same name as my dh. So it looks like the gift card came from my MIL and my husband and that is so sick I can't even type anything else about it. )

Mission 3: Yummy!

Mission 4: I'll be back to see if the fountain of youth (according to Lexi. ty btw. you and PJ were too nice) here in mamacantfindya has had a positive impact on Snarkgirl and her posting prowess. Hey, I'll throw a piece of bday cake out the kitchen window before we leave. I promise it's not leftovers from the one PJ got me.

It's a 13-14 hour drive for us to Orlando. And I don't want to do it by myself. Again.

I also don't think DH will ever go to Disney again in this lifetime but I also don't think he'd try to stop me from going. So I asked DSIL (his sister....yep, same one) if she and my neice would like to go with Emily and me. She was all "OH YEH!" but as you can see that's not a sure thing.

Mid March will be my 180 day mark so I'm just checking around to see what's out there. Emily dearly, dearly, dearly wishes she could fly somewhere (anywhere) just once. So I'm gonna try.

I'll go you one better. I received a big pink VS box on my desk at Christmastime. From my boss. Who's a minister. And a woman.

Fortunately it contained these flannel pajamas. (which I do not wear tied up in a knot but instead wear in a slouchy old lady way.)

SW has not released schedules/fares for September yet so I'm hoping I'll find something a little more reasonable there since they fly out of Loo-uh-vull.

DD got up to change her undies She's been in her flannel jammies for a few days now!! Her eye is looking better (warm compresses - no ooze!!)

Fdil called, I was to go over there, she woke up at 10 (hey she is working 2 jobs!! First time to sleep in since NYE!!) she decided to come over here since I didnt take dh to his meeting 30 min away below zero at 6 am while dd slept!!

VS!! hey I get embarrassed when the darn catalogues come my way!

Hoping fdil will take me to target - I want to hold out for Season 1 of Gilmore Girls, but Target has them for $24....(they were $14 right before Christmas!!) I'll probably settle for tomato soup for dd's lunch!!

My big goal is 45 min of cardio!! Hopefully at Ballys - or I'll have to WALK away THE Pound video!

well, to buy clothes there.
guess what I got?
well, first, they have NO XL there in anything cute.
But the L fits me.

So I got Giselle panties.

You know in Enchanted when Giselle makes a dress out of the teal curtains?
Well, I found a pair of panties that are that same shade with flowers on them.
and they were 2.99.
