morning people of the Dis.......it is sunny here and the temps are MILD .....I hope we get some of those hot temps like others got.......I will settle for the 50 mark......

Got a phone call from grandaughter and her puppy Dayzee (rotti) had her tubes tied yesterday. SO no little puppies running around lose.........Hubby always says to Megara.........we could of had 103 dalmatians here if Gramma hadnt ripped your inners out.........ROFL........he is bad......rofl.

Today we start back on my moms apartment........I swear it will take a year the rate we are going.....we did stop almost all of December.......so back to work....we have a few more major obstacles and then dump and move some stuff to others homes.......The china closet is a huge one.......the old fashion long ones....two doors......but still very very nice.....all oak....same with the buffet......must of been big dining rooms back in the old days...needs some minor work and that is it...

I just finished my egg muffin breakfast.......it has protein and should stay with me for a while.......
have to go into the cellar and get some chicken out of the freezer so I can marinate it for supper......YUMMY

We are joining the 21st century today. The satellite tv guy is coming and installing a DVR thingy. (very technical term, I know) My kids didn't even know such things existed. Hey, at least we have remote controls.

Remember when we were kids and you actually had to get up and change the channel?

PSA according to the news thats on (GoodMorningEarlyTodayShows) The Compact Flourescent Bulbs we're replacing because they last longer and are more environmentally friendly - may contribute to migraine headaches and if you're porne to seizures, these arent good - apparantly they emit flashes that cannot be seen (kinda like computer screens )

Morning all,

Mony-- you got the weather I though Moo would have got. I don't let my kids make their own lunches because it would be all snack foods and not all good either. Plus I make them before I go to bed so it is just throw everything in their lunch pail, stuff that has to go in the fridge goes in there and thrown in just before we leave.

I am happy they both dress, brush their teeth and sometimes comb there hair in the morning.

Marita-- we have swimming all year round. Lots of indoor pools here, does Florida even have indoor pools anywhere?

Pumba-- It is warm again here 58 this morning, now if that sun would come out....

Sandy-- interesting about those light bulbs. Wonder if my brother has them in my nephew's room. He had a seizure at Christmas, they thought it was the Christmas lights outside his window that did it.

Mommy P -- Isaac sounds like a great baby. And maybe a thumb sucker in the making. How is the house coming along?

Nab Mony and Moo dont live that far apart... its all relative -

DD makes her lunch, no DH MAKES her a sandwich, and DD adds to the bag - must be 2 things + 1 fruit... granola bar, breakfast bar, rice krispy bar, then one treat - cookie, cake...etc I however, know she throws the sandwich and fruit in the garbage!

Stomach is tied up in knots. I have spent 30 min on the phone trying to make sure our ressies are in our names (they are woohoo) and to see if we have the Dining Plan added (its not) - 1. its DVC you have to call DVC - me - "but I was told that at 48 hours to arrival I can add a room request at the resort" Yes you can but you have to do that thru DVC 2. I cant get DVC to talk to me, because I'm not a member!!! I was transfered twice, and given the wrong number twice (by the transfered line! - which was just the standard cro!! ) I decided to try again the resort number - finally got thru - but adding that DP was too much for him - he could add room request tho!

guess the DP isnt meant for me yet.. I have to pack, I have to doo my hair (ie dye job) what else? what else - oh CLEAN the house, Make meals for when we're not here, SHOP for food for when we're not here...

Hookay, the tech geek left last night with us still needing a long cord. So. That means: yes this is the good computer but I'm on the floor with the keyboard on my lap and the mouse on my thigh. It's so very frustrating. The long cord is available at Walmart or Radio Shack. THEN, I'll be in the zone. The computer armoire looks really good in my room.

Moo- the cone of shame! Now that's funny! Love your dd's hair. If you want her to get rid of it, just fall in love with it and wonder out loud how it would look on YOU. This technique of master manipulation works wonders on my Jordan...whom I've persuaded not to get peirced, tatoo'd, and funky hair'd. At least hair isn't permanent. Poor PUPPY!!!!!!

Sandy- why do you need to scream? What's up? Are you getting super excited to go to WDW? It is a good time to do a TR, dontcha know? It's so easy! Even I can do it....

Melinda- good, you're done with New Moon. Eclipse is tons better. Lots of back story.




Oh, and my Jury duty is back on. Blaaahhhh! It's the week of Feb. 18th. Remember how Fred Flintstone swore? Something like: "Rass-in-frassin-rick-in-rackin'......" that's how I feel about that. I'm not a fan of the law except for Boston Legal. What if I just go in saying "Fry em!" or "Lock em up" Wait, the prosecuting attorney would snatch me up. Prolly it's just petty crimes. If I have to serve, I'd rather it be something interesting. AAAAACK is an appropriate expletive. heh.

I need to scream

Ok, I'm glad I'm not the only one that is panicking. I about had a panic attack in the shower this morning thinking about all I needed to do, and anticipating what could go wrong. My DH told me that I needed to calm down, and remember I have planned this trip for months, and there is no one more qualified to go to Disney than me. WHEW! He is the greatest! Sending you some smart CM !

I just wish that front would go ahead and blow through to the Atlantic! That way I don't have to worry which day it will rain. What it's Florida, it could rain anyday! Oh, well.

I wanted to say thanks to all who have wished me well for my trip and my run! I must say GOODBYE now, as I need to clean the house, and finish packing. Y'all have been a great bunch of friends to me, and I will carry you all with me to Disney, in spirit.

I called to make sure my ressies are A-OK - they are not - no dining plan, and we have 48 hours (that's today) to add them, only *I* cant add them to the ressie the dvc member has to... I'm waiting for his call - but I posted on the DVC board (to make sure this is correct) and they said its a long wait so many members trying to make Dec ressies!!

still in my pj's I need a shower, I need to do my hair color... I need to run on the treadmill, I need to pack, I need to take down the tree, I need to go to the grocery store, I need, I need to SCREAM!!!

Nab - The house is coming. Had a couple slow weeks with the holidays and all. Hopefully he gets back on the ball and get's things moving. As soon as the framing inspector gets out there insulation can go in and then drywall.

Today I got 4 new shirts. Don't new clothes make you feel so good? This is the first baby ever that I came home from the hospital and put on my same jeans, shorts and shirts. I still have some belly to go down, but everything fits me. Yay! I only have 7 pounds to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight.

Tomorrow is Isaac's check-up. I am anxious to see that he's gained some weight.

nab - I really don't have that much to pack up.
Tammy's taking all the dishes, other than a few of my favorite glasses.
I have to pack my snowglobes, but I have all of the original boxes with styrofoam -
my sewing and craft stuff is already in crates -
I just have to pack my books and dvds.
Ben's going to do all the heavy lifting.
Should be relatively simple.

mommyp- I'm so proud of you for being so close to prepregnancy weight! Great job!!!
