bbn - Looks like you had an action-packed weekend! I would be one nervous mama over that rodeo stuff. Can't believe you're going to WDW so soon.

I just made a few dining ressies last night and today since it was our 90 day window. Kona Cafe for dinner and breakfast and Sci-Fi for lunch (may change that one to Prime Time). I couldn't talk my family into California Grill :( I'll be doing Chef Mickey's with my sis. Only one buffet this time

Sandy - Looks like you had a fun trip!!!

Nabbie - I can't believe your kids are in school so late  It sure did warm up here today. I didn't go outside 'til leaving time and I felt pretty wilted by the time I got in my car.

Marita - My DD called last night and said it had gotten up to 98 where she lives. Yikes! I'm not looking forward to the Florida heat in September. One of my coworkers just told me she was going to WDW in mid-August. I predict that her family will be spending a lot of time in the pool. They did a timeshare exchange, so they won't be staying on-site.

Marita-- Why were you doing up so early?

I woke up at 6:30, so since BB is just as much of an 8 hour Nazi as the old director, I got up and went to work. I even got to park on level 2 or the parking garage close to the elevator, OH joy!

Worked till 9:30 tonight. I typed something wrong in find and replace in excel, and when you do that, it prompts you for every single cell. So I hit escape 1,070 times today, seriously!!!!!!! 535 lines times 2 screw ups!

BBN, great rodeo pics. Don't listen to that hairy ape!

Sandy, I need to go check out your pics yet.

My brain is fried....

I didnt eat lunch today, even though I brought a sandwich. But BB got sandwiches from Publix, and pasta salad, so I had that at 5pm. Now I cant decided if im hungry or not.

Morning all.....

We have three days left. I have another field trip to go on this afternoon. The Safety Village with the three grade three classes. It is on bike safety. The parents get to play police and hand out tickets to the kids that don't follow road rules. It is fun I did it with Nicholas' class a few years ago.

Babynurse-- love the photos. I would be a nervous wreck though watching.

Marita-- that is a long day. Sorry your not liking your job right now.

Moo-- do you do your dining on line now? Was it easy?

Well I have to go empty out my laundry room. BIL is going to start in there today. He finally showed up again after 2 weeks. Good that he is starting there but bad because my wash/dryer will be disconnected for a few days.

Apparently only twinkee is posting frenzy worthy. harumph! :snooty: (joking people. like i care that only twinkee is posting frenzy worthy. it MUST be because she was wearing her blue ribbon and not because she is actually more worthy, right? the rest of us are just as good as a snack cake, right? we can be just as smart and pretty and witty and talk all scientific like, right? Right? RIGHT????)

Fine! I'll frenze on my own. (although Lynette could bring out her voices and help me out!!!)

I've had an interesting time on FB of late.

1. Found out one of my old "boyfriends" is gay. We were never really serious more like good friends that tried to be bf/gf but it didn't work. Now i know why. And he has pm'd me a few times and signed his pm's XOXO, which is hilarious to me because if he were not gay I wouldn't think it's so darn cute! If it were an ex straight boyfriend then I would have been mad that he signed his pm's like that. lol

2. I caught up with someone from high school and this is what he had to say:

A. WOW! you look great!!!! ()

B. I always thought you would turn out to be a Smartypants! (:confused3)

C. I was just telling a friend about you ()

D and how I would do my best to sit next to you in school because you were so smart, (:flower3:)

E.and I would copy off you! (:sad2:)

F. You got me good one day and made me get a big fat "F" on a test!,....that was the end of me!!!!()

I had COMPLETELY forgotten about that. But once he said that, it all came back to me. He did sit by me all the time and always tried to look at my answers and I got so sick of him doing that. So one day, we took a multiple choice test and I circled all the wrong answers and then when he turned in his test, I erased them and put the right answers. Was that awful of me??? Or was it awful of him???

babycow - I liked your frenze. And I'm not a mother, but I cringed with those pics. ohmygoodness! I don't know how you can sit through your children being rodeo masters!
and you were perfectly justified in making that guy get an F!!!!! The noive!

moo - did you make reservations for party night? have we decided on a place?

I'm in Tucson this week. It's pretty. I love the desert!

Anybody home? I enjoyed the posting frenzies. Ty all for sharing.

Marita..did you guys have the loudest thunderstorms ever last night???!!! My sister's room mate is scared of storms so we all 3 slept in Hollywood's bed. Ha. You would think that rain would have cooled things off but no such luck!!

bbn...thanks for the photo tour of your life. How fortunate that you got that camera just in time for disneyloozapaloozafest2009!!!!!

Cel...the desert?!

Moo...I'll go to California Grill with you! ;)

Hi to everyone else.
:grouphug:

I am off to pick up a certain guest park pass for certain people who are coming to visit. The things I do. Sheesh! ;) I'm off today!!! I worked the past 6 days. One of those days I took Tommy Hilfiger to his table! Hollywood and I are going to Spoodle's tonight. This time for real.

MOMMYP!!!! I almost forgot to tell you!! Last night I had a patient that had 5 little stair step boys and number 6 was a GIRL!!!!!!!!:)

Peej:
Of whom do you speak??

Cel: I prefer the dry heat of the west over the humidity of the south.

I just wanted to share a quick story with y'all. (in continuance of my posting frenzy)

I worked last night. I didn't get off until late. I had to stop by the store for some last minute WDW supplies and milk. I HATE going to the store by myself in the middle of the night. It's creepy.

Anyway, the parking lot is dark and empty and this weird looking guy followed me in. Every aisle I would go down he went down too. He kept getting closer and closer. He did not have a cart. He did not pick up any items. He just kept following me. I wondered down the plumbing aisle and stopped in front of the plungers. I was trying to make him go away. And also I was testing him to see if he was really following or if I was just paranoid. He stopped by the plungers too. But didn't get a thing.

So then I got a little nervous. I wanted to call RS but what could he do all the way out at Sunnybrook farms? Although he would have come and got me if I wanted him to. But I knew he was asleep and he had to get up before the crack of dawn. BUT, I didn't want to walk to the parking lot by myself either. A creepy guy following me out to the parking lot in the middle of the night was not setting very well with me, ya know?

I kinda wandered around for a bit and creepy guy was right on my heels. Finally, I thought of my friend, Tad. I knew he would probably be up because of his schedule, so I texted him. And said "You probably think I'm crazy, but I'm at XXX store by your house and there is a creepy guy following me around. And I dont feel like being murdered tonight!"

He lives really close to where that particular grocery store was. Sure enough he was awake and he offered to come and escort me to the car and beat the creepy guy up(if needed. lol) !! Was that not the nicest thing ever? It certainly made me appreciate my good friends. And it made me thankful that there are people in this world you can count on! He's such a great friend to RS and I.

moral of the story: When the going gets tough, the tough text Tad!

Au contraire, mon Babynurse. I believe the the moral of this story is that one should stay out of Plungers R Us at o'dark thirty. Ensembleduh.

Thanks to all the frenzers, and those who played Before/After. Color me amused.

Northeast weather update, for anyone who gives a rat's astarstar: we are about 4 days away from needing an ark. Does anyone know of a good carpenter? :headache:

Peej, please tell me you aren't bemoaning the weather? Not when I sit here on June 23 wearing a sweatshirt and jeans, feeling chill-ola (TM Natasha). I might auction off body parts for a day with sunshine and warm temps.

Okay, gotta get back to work for a bit. Lalijack...OUT!

babycow!!! Don't leave us hanging? what happened? did tad come? did he beat him up? did you realize the guy wasn't following you?
don't they have security at places like that?
I would've gotten the cashier to help me. and call the police. or rent a cop (although they are often scarier than the creepy guys!)

1. great advice and one i would normally heed. ty mon cherie.

2. I heard about 2000 years ago there was this man from Nazareth that was considered a miracle worker.;)

omgoodness!!! i have vacation brain.

so here is what we decided to do. talk on the phone and i said "Honey could you come in and help me. I cant find what it is you want"

I said it really loud and glared at the weirdo. As soon as I said that he started backing off.

I looked at the manager as I was checking out. (btw all checkout lanes were closed EXCEPT the self check lanes. that added to the creepiness, imho) Anyway, the manager looked like she was Peej's age and wouldnt be of much assistance.

I waited for this young couple in their 20's to walk out and then I walked out with them, but stayed on the phone and instructed Tad that if I started screaming or quit talking to call 911.

Luckily, for y'all. I'm still alive.

It just felt nice to have a friend you can count on, ya know?

The End.

Anyway, the manager looked like she was Peej's age and wouldnt be of much assistance.
I can't believe i'm about to say this.
Some crazy person must be posting as me.
But I think this statement is unfair. We trust people of peej's age to teach our nation's youth but we don't trust them to dial 911? :confused3
Ha.
but I know what you mean.
we have this yute (alla my cousin vinnie) at work that gets on my last nerve!
her knickname behind her back is chippy.
my friend pat said she chirps all the time and in pat's anger plus the joisey accent, it turns into chippy.
she's rude to my pat!
My pat is the same age as my mom and pumba and *I'M* the only one allowed to be rude to her!

I'm glad the fake THE DH was able to save you.

Peej: Of whom do you speak??

Cel: I prefer the dry heat of the west over the humidity of the south.
Just these major losers who like to stalk me. I don't know why I don't call rent a cop or Tad on them.

I see how it is. You always give me a hard time for complaining about the heat. THEN, when it's your turn to come join me in the unbearable heat you start mentioning that you might not enjoy it so much either. So it's fine for me but you're too good for it. I see how it is! :snooty:

p.s. I'm glad you didn't get killed by plunger dude. That sounded freaky! Although, I'm sure the Peej cashier would have been more than happy to help you out.

Peej, please tell me you aren't bemoaning the weather? Not when I sit here on June 23 wearing a sweatshirt and jeans, feeling chill-ola (TM Natasha). I might auction off body parts for a day with sunshine and warm temps.
I am bemoaning it now and I will continue to bemoan it. I see your chill-ola and raise you one humid-ola!

I can't believe i'm about to say this.
Some crazy person must be posting as me.

AMEN! Ha. And why is it that I resemble this remark? :scratchin

Things you shouldn't do: go on a toll road with no money. Just sayin. Not that I did that or anything. :rolleyes1 The pass has been obtained and since I was already out and about I decided to have lunch at Wilderness Lodge. All by myself. What a loser. I always feel like everyone's looking at me when I do that. Now I'm going to have a laundry and cleaning frenzy before it's time for zumba. I hope everyone is enjoying this play by play of my day.

Apparently only twinkee is posting frenzy worthy. harumph! :snooty: (joking people. like i care that only twinkee is posting frenzy worthy. it MUST be because she was wearing her blue ribbon and not because she is actually more worthy, right?

1. Yes.
2. But I am more worthy. Duh.
3. However since you are my cybertwinsistahwife, if I am more worthy therefore, you, by the transitive property are also more worthy.
4. Ty for the
we can be just as smart and pretty and witty and talk all scientific like, right?
R
5. Are we still playing before/after? I will say BEFORE.... this is WT's client BEFORE WT explains proper court attire

back to the BBN

Twinkee thanks you for this useful post.
JThings you shouldn't do: go on a toll road with no money. Just sayin.

Twinkee thanks you for this useful post.

I was already out and about I decided to have lunch at Wilderness Lodge. All by myself. What a loser. I always feel like everyone's looking at me when I do that.

Try going on vacation by yourself so every meal you eat (except for one with moo) will be by yourself.
FUN!

Thanks for the posting frenze, BBN! That would be creepy indeed. Thank goodness for Tad! Hey, isn't PJ kind of sweet on him????????

I just stopped working and havent had dinner or lunch, so I am not going to post witty replies (as if I ever have an, LOL!)

Got up again at 6 on my own before the alarms (4 of them) went off, my brain must be malfunctioning.

Peej, I never heard a storm last night, but usually a cannon can't wake me up. But I got caught in a bad thunderstorm on the way home tonight. Not a good thing, since I can't see worth a darn in the dark and rain and crawl along..........

Nabbie and Cel - I only made a reservation for our first dinner (for Mari's birthday) on-line. And it worked great! But. I wanted to make some ressies later in the week, so I called during work to make those so they could look up my reservation since they will book dining further out when you are at the 90 day mark if you are staying on-site.

I don't think I ever received my reservation numbers for the second leg of my trip and for Cel's studio. It takes longer to get the reservation confirmations with those incentive points. I may have to call Member Services to get the numbers.

So, Cel, I haven't yet made a ressie for MNSSHP night. I think my sister decided that they want to go to Chef Mickey's a different night. I'll talk with her about it tomorrow night.

Peej - I wish you were still going to be there when I'm going! We would definitely go to Cali Grill!!! My hubby is not an adventurous eater. I figure Beaches and Cream will be about his speed, so we're going there the first night.

bbn, et al - I enjoyed today's frenze, especially the Tad story :) I'm at a hotel again tonight while my friend has her sleep study. The AC is being a bit finicky and it was in the high 80s here today (Lynette, take note). Hope you can stay cool in your room at WDW!

A girl my hubby dated briefly during high school turned out to be gay. She brought her girlfriend with her to a class reunion several years back. He just shrugged and said, "well, that explains a lot!"

I can't believe i'm about to say this.

Yes, but my story isn't as fun if I dont get to make fun of the Peej.

Just these major losers who like to stalk me. I don't know why I don't call rent a cop or Tad on them.

Tad, Tad, Tad!!! Is that all you talk about???

p.s. stop bemoaning

1. Yes.
2. But I am more worthy. Duh.
3. However since you are my cybertwinsistahwife, if I am more worthy therefore, you, by the transitive property are also more worthy.

3. oh. ok. ty.
4. yw for the R
5. no. sorry. you lose. ty for playing.
6. wait. did we leave the BBN???
7. ensembluhduh. we are twins!!!

1. Thank goodness for Tad! 2. Hey, isn't PJ kind of sweet on him????????
1. This is really the mantra we should all live by. btw, he LOVES that I talk about him on a disney internet message board. I told him to join up. lol

2. In her dreEms. I have yet to introduce them. I know how trollopy she is.

bbn,Hope you can stay cool in your room at WDW!

The bbn's are always cool.:cool2: (ha?)

ALRIGHTY! Today is the day!! We are headed to the Happiest Place On Earth. Except we won't be there until tomorrow. Cuz we are stopping at the beach for one day first. Cuz the kids love it.
