hey everyone.

whats up?

Riley probably just had to go potty and didnt do it for five chips. Maybe he didnt go potty before he went to bed...Megara got hubby up the night before last at some inhuman time. (3 am) and she was fluffing like mad in the bed with us .....so hubby took her out and she did her nightly potty LATE.....I told him at nine to take her out cause she was fluffing ......but noooooo......so Megara went to bed with us and forgot about going potty until three am.....

A little chilly this morning but not cold.......thank goodness. They said we are in for another bout of below zero temps AGAIN. This morning is a heat wave actually. ten above. Last week it was 24 below so YUP a heat wave.

I guess I should get showered and dressed and go to city hall to license Megara and she will become a legal beagle..........not a beagle cause she is a Dal......but legal anyways..

1. Rob? You don't have to take that from her.
2. If I EVER decide to have a birthday party for myself YOU are on the A List.
3. This is not a phrase often repeated. At least in regard to Celery.
4. OK, you have my attention.
5. Pet him? Hmmm.
6. Who wouldn't. He just got petted.
7. Out? Huh. I am getting a little bit confused here.
8. Of course you do.
9. Leash? Hellloooo. Interesting just doesn't do this post justice.
10. Mamacel. For the love of Pete. Your mother is in the room too?
11. Poopied? Is this even a word? Wait just a cotton pickin second. Is Riley a dog?
12. I bet the front desk people would agree with that.

What a night Celery.

:rotfl2: You're really a professional there, buddy!

I know his poop. It was definitely the chips.
Why does she have to get a license? Is that a Maine thing?
Mamacel might have to take him out later -
a big truck came by - which got him too scared to finish his business.
:upsidedow

I'm telling y'all, he's a princess: :groom:

I let a coworker here in Cincinnati read B's post -
she LOLed. out loud.
very loudly.
she likes your sense of humor.
I think she'd fit in great with us.
She particularly enjoyed the fact that we number our responses so everyone knows EXACTLY what we're making fun of.

I feel better now!!

Thanks for the humor - and thanks for continuing to lift us up in prayer - what a wild ride we are on.

Its hard to stop using the words, crazy, bizarre, nutz... think about it!! I sure hope the new place we are taking him to will find answers, and I do pray he will follow thru, and I pray I didnt screw it up by waiting till Monday! (the psych social worker says its all good, but after an evening listening to my son... you'd have your doubts to!)

I'm thinking this is a bad time to be pregnant. Two of my pregnant friends have lost their babies. One at 13 weeks and one at 27 weeks.

I was always told that 18 was the magic number. 27?? So sorry for your friends mommy p.

Not saying that you can't lose a baby after 18 weeks, it was just the hopfully all is good number.

Stay positive, you have a great track record there.:) :) :) :) :)

MommyP- so sorry about about your friends:grouphug: As my good friend told me "it is amazing how sad it is"

:flower3: ..all my happy thoughts ..for those who need'um..&

..everyone else.

work~!...is :scared: !.. no surprise there!, last oct..we knew,
with the ecomony..& .....winter coin..we'll going to be
busy..., * you be shocked..how much "medical " stuff..we're
having to do, :rolleyes1 . which means, very lil'time..for
bathroom breaks.

so sorry, mp, :flower3: . jus an observation,...2 years, where
pre~natal..care was free, & we never loss one baby. 3mos,
during.. my nursing quarter, no free prenatal care, loss 3 babies.

* my wife's sis loss..hers,....high b/p. ..ps, it wasn't really
that high....where you would think...it would caused damage,
....she has never tired again...& it would've been her first.
:sad2:

..i can't even begin..to imagine...dealin with the loss, the great
expectations..& then all the body changes. :grouphug:

...when i hear....about these terrible stories, i give thanks..for
all our blessings....especially the lil'miracle..my wife pulled off~
out....with our second. * she is a  ...that i never
deserved. ok?...it's early 1990, .....& we're discussing..our
options...can we afford another one?...but what is inprinted,
on my lil'noggin~forever, was my wife..response.."you can't ask
me to go thru "that"..again!" ....& there was nothing..else to
say.

* those few minutes..we're in the critical care ..& not a dr. in the house,
worst!, the labored room nurse had called in, on a pit. drip [ ps, by law,
...the atttending must be present when in use]. & there were 0
drs...in there. oh, a whole bunch of students. "crowning". i looked around
..& saw..the panic of the nursery room nurse. how she "controled"..,
her body...i'll never kno... . but what i 'll never forget.....is
what i whispered to her...& how hopless..the situation was. :scared:

* i had..worked..all night in icu, & was up....all day....& this was about
8pm. that day changed me. so..i am thinking...it makes..sense,
how painful..it must be...when someone loses.....a great expectation.

:flower3:

maybe you should make a top 10 list stating why that is.

I need a nap. I worked last night. I'm getting loopy.

I seriously thought about it. But then his wouldn't be the best top 10 list this week and that seemed like it would be a paradox. And not the McNamara-Troy kind. ;)

Besides I have to have to impart my wisdom on the Future Pharmacists and Closet Farmers of Mid America. Tonight.

Lookie what my research uncovered.... it isn't Beyonce but I still may show it in class tonight

Mitosis Rap

Ba bum bum ching!

(twinks, that post needed sound effects!)

I'm very sad. I can't see the rap cuz I'm at work. :(

In Maine we have to license all doggies. They have to have a rabies tag too meaning that they have had a vaccination. IT costs 6 dollars for a doggie that is not capable of producing babies or giving another the opprotunity to make babies. So my female costs six bucks and a dog that is not fixed costs 12.
So every Janaury we license our doggies. They did have a bill going up to the legislature in Maine for cats to be required to have licenses also and to have a rabies shot. We have alot of feral kitties running around lose....poor things.
Here we spoil our animals .....most of the people here spoil the babies and then you have some that dont do a dang thing for their animals. But whose doggies or kitties get sick....O U R S.......

We did our licensing and then we went and did our grocery shopping for the week. except for milk and necessities.....like popcorn :goodvibes :drive: we have to go to Walmart to get that..::yes::

This gets me every time. :lmao:

8. Be even more grumpier than he already is.

BDG
Even more grumpier. Well stated.
p.s. my response to that was going to be "is that even possible?" Freaky mind taking over bbn get out of my head!!!!

I know his poop.
Now that right there is something to be proud of and proclaim for all the world to see.

Sandy
...

As all you Floridians complain about the cold, I have to say I felt like we were having a heat wave here when I got in my car this morning and it was 26 instead of 5. It honestly felt warm out. How sick is that?

My assistant was out today and will be out again tomorrow for "personal reasons." Here we go again...
:sad2:

:sad2:

Maybe her "car got stolen" which is my all time favorite student excuse for missing class.

I am all dolled up and ready to go. Just waiting for the DH to return from sunnybrook so he can have the twinkiemobile equipped with 42 carseats and I can drive the other vee-hick-ull.

Speaking of which, one twinkietwin on her essay "If I were president" wrote that

If I were President I would make life fair and I would make sure everyone had a horse.

 She is still smarting from the news that Santa was not bringing her a pony.

Melinda- I am thinking of you and sending :wave2: :flower3:  and of course an Oompa Loompa:clown:

What are you all dolled up for?????

Inquiring minds want to know.

MommyP, sorry about your friends too.

BDG, great job today!

Pumba-- our cats and dogs have to be licensed here. It is $15. here. Buddy is not licensed shhh.

Mommy p-- sorry to here about your friends. :grouphug:

B-- your were on a roll again today. :rotfl:

Marita - I believe that Twinks teaches tonight. ;)

PJ - I toadily understand. It was 35 today and it felt like a heat wave too.

Twinkessori...We did the "If I were president" bit as well. Some of the answers were frightening. One of my faves was "I would give candy to every person. Then I would give sugar to the peoples who kept being good." I'm thinking maybe we let the kids be president. They have some good ideas, you know.
p.s. I'm not saying I never skipped class. Because I did. A time or two. :rolleyes1 But a stolen car? Really?

pssst....Marita! I think she's teaching tonight, too. And you can share the wealth. It's not fair that you get all the warmth AND the sunshine.

Allie...If it's that "warm" again tomorrow, I propose you wear a swimsuit and flip flops. Then, please document the responses of people who see you. Photographs would be great. Keep us updated.

I need to grade these math worksheets before they go multiplying and dividing themselves again.

Just a reminder, I'm in peej town.
so all who are familiar with peej town can respond.

I was driving along reading st/mcmillan st today and I saw a cute little boy with a coffee cup. he looked to be about 7 to 8.
He was waiting patiently (patiently meaning hitting the "to cross, push this button" button over and over and over again) at the corner when I noticed something odd.

The back of his pants had a protrusion.
of the handcuff variety.

:faint:

Is this the new cincy "style?"

Inquiring minds wanna know!
