Guess who's Birthday it is tomorrow?

It's Pissy's 4th b-day!

She changed from "Littlest Pet Shop" to Tinkerbelle at the last minute.

I'm making pink cupcakes right now :cutie: which will be displayed on a multi-tiered cupcake stand.

Plus working on my famous potato salad for our BBQ tomorrow.

YAY! Family FUN :sad2: !!!! I had to invite Misty and her family just to keep from not killing anyone or resorting to "Mother's Little Helper".

Today I went to a huge (an awesome!) car show AND an oval race, but left the race at intermission due to boredom.

Wendy, happy Birthday to Norah, and happy bithrhing day to you tomorrow.

Hmm I wonder if you could bring some of your famous potato salad for the next trip. Or just share the recipe here:idea:

Although it it involves anything like a lot of work, I am not likely to make it, LOL!

Sounds like you had a fun day! (Not).

I have spent my day reading Breaking Dawn. Definitely the best book of all. I'm on page 577 of 731, or something like that, not sure I can finish it tonight. But I must have skimmed somewhere, there are some references I don't get, like what the heck is Irina's problem??
Any and all pm's are welcome.

Sure has been quiet tonight, not just here, everywhere, trip board, peeps, everywhere.....

I was just thinking of Norah's birthday yesterday. However I thought it was tuesday. I got the date mixed up.

Happy birthing day to you wendy!

Mal's is on Wednesday, she'll be 4 too.

Got an early start to wash the last load of clothes, the last few dishes, and pick up the last little tidbits around the house.

Still debating whether to take the laptop.

We are gone at 1pm to the hotel for a little swimming pool action.

Hope the last week of summer serves you all well.

I forgot to mention that Maddy is finally cutting all of her teeth. Major cracky butt. Figures!

I'm outtie!

so much going on......busy busy busy..

yesterday our granddaughter had her four impacted wisdom teeth removed.....she goes back to college next Saturday.....so she has this week to pack and recoop.......she stayed with us yesterday and went home last night to her own bed.......Grammas take good care of their grandkids.....always have and always will.....

Little Brielle's liver transplant is tomorrow morning.....surgerys start at six thirty.....My niece (the donor) is their main concern to keep healthy and safe during this procedure.......she will have a huge scar and she ALWAYS wears a little bitsy teenie weenie bikini.....but she is so happy to be able to do this for her own niece.....They have named her as the God Mother also.
Please keep them both in your thoughts and prayers tomorrow.......its been a long road (even at three weeks old).....just a little bumpkin..

Today I should be doing something but heck if I know what I need to do or want to do......

Hi everyone...Im back home from Bowling Green...I worked tha Antique Mall the last 3 days and Mr Murry is going downhill fast. Please keep him in your prayers.

Pumba, I will be praying for both baby and donor :grouphug:

Pumba-- I said a few prayers in church this morning for the baby and your niece. Hope all goes well tomorrow. Speedy recovery to your granddaughter too. I only had two wisdom teeth taken out along time ago but can remember it wasn't fun.

We have a new priest at our church after 13 years of the old one,he retired. This one is younger and full of life. I liked that he introduced himself to us as we sat down today since we were gone on holidays when he started.

It is really hot outside today and I was going to weed the front flower bed ...to bad maybe another time. Because I am sure by tonight and it is cooler I will be to tired.

Where is everyone today? Everyone must be still reading the latest book.

Happy Birthing Day UMA!!

I am sure you have your hands full with Norah's birthday party. Happy Birthday 4th Birthday Norah!!

Happy Birthday Norah!!!

BTw, have I ever told you how much I love that name?

The recipe is rediculously simple. That's it's beauty...not fettered with too much. I'll share later, because I'm WAY busy Tinkerbelling-up my house.

Oh Lord, I forgot my baby's b-date for a minute!!!! :lovestruc

It's official, I'm OLD and have too many dates to remember!
Heck, she's lucky she has any baby pictures or scrapbooking done at all. :rolleyes1

Happy Birthing Day UMA!!

I am sure you have your hands full with Norah's birthday party. Happy Birthday 4th Birthday Norah!!

It's the 26th UGH!!!! I'll remember these well wishes though!

Happy Birthdays to the little ones

thanks!

UMA-- so she gets to celebrate for three days....haven't you ever took a few days for your birthday!

Tinkerbelling your house sounds like fun...now you we get a call from a buyer wanting to look.

Heh heh. Sounds like your brainwashing plan isn't working too well if she was even considerign the Littlest Pet Shop. ;) I can't believe she is almost 4!

Happy Birthday to Mal! How great to have a trip on your birthday.

I figure cutting teeth at Disney is a goog idea too- they are already off schedule so just go ahead and get it over with. Plus lots of fun experiences to distract them.

Little Brielle's liver transplant is tomorrow morning.....surgerys start at six thirty..

I am glad your granddaughter got her teeth taken care of and had a grandma to help take care of her. All I had was my husband. I would have loved to have a mom or a grandma take care of me.... heck, even a distant female cousin. His sympathy was limited to helpful comments like "you look AWFUL" as he tried to to laugh at me.

But seriously, I will be praying for Brielle, and your niece, and the doctors. Surgery is a big scary thing, especially when it is your baby. I have been there, done that.

I also know a thing or two about scars. This is one your niece should wear with pride. Plain ol' vitamin E and sunscreen have helped us protect the doctors good work (after they are totally healed of course.)

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Good job mother of the year:lmao: :lmao:

Don't worry about it. I have to stop and think before rattling off my kids' birthdays. It is further confounded by the one who was born the day before his induction date so I always want to say the 13th instead of the 12th.

I also like how you promise to remember our well wishes after you forgot your own kid's birthdate. :rotfl:

I have been thinking about you lots. I always do this time of year when I remember our trip reports.

Hi Bloodhound. Meant to quote you too- anyway, please keep sharing about Mr. Murray. He is on our hearts as well.

Hi Marita!
Hi Moo! Give us the deets after the interview.

We had baby dedication today. Goldenchild and Grasshopper were included. Here is how they looked

CUTE AS a BUTTOn

Hi Twinkie....thanks for sharing the hadsome litte mens picture ...I will keep everyone informed about Mr. Murray

They sure are cute boys. I wish my 25yr.old DS was that age again. Hugs and Prayer for the baby and his godmother.

Twinkie!

The TR days were the BEST. Classic stuff on each other's TRs!

So, my house is "Tinkerbelled Up" as we speak. The cupcakes I made (pink, of course) look professionalish except for the goodly amount of pixie dust too generously sprinkled upon them. And the tiny finger prints/swipes/tastes on the lower tier of the display tower :rolleyes1 .

Crepe paper, balloons, official Disney licensed Tinker-bell party decor (day-core) and one worn out mama waiting for the throngs of family and blessed friends to arrive.

Yay! My nieces are coming. You know the ones I tell you about every family event? The ones who are, shall we say "easy"? ;) $5 bucks one will announce she is pregnant at my dd's birthday party. $10 bucks says BIG-time drama will follow. :sad2: It's gonna be a special evening. :goodvibes

Prayers for Mr Murray, baby Brielle and the gracious godmother :grouphug:

Wendy, hope your party isn't too dramatic, LOL

Nab, trust me, the weeds won't go anywhere...

Twinkie, you make beautiful babies!

Java, stop in more ofter..

Kay,
where are you SIS, check in please!

Moo, Lexi, Lynette, DTD, WT, BBN, PJ, Sandy, Aliie, Cel and her Celmom, everyone!

Well, I finally finished Breaking Dawn tonight. 6 solid hours of reading this afternoon  I think my eyes are going to give out on me.... Definitely the best book of the series. I had trouble making it through #2.

I suppose I should do some :laundy: now :rolleyes1

Yesterday Chad and I got out without the kids. My brother tagged along, so it wasn't officially a "date". But it was without the kids. So that's always refreshing. Isaac even stayed behind, Mom was able to get him to take a bottle since I wasn't there he accepted second best. He didn't even use that much, Only 15 ounces all day. Kaleb used to drink 8 ounces(formula) at a time when he was around this age. My Mom didn't even have to get into my frozen back up supply. :woohoo:

So we went shopping at Kohls. I got a TON of stuff. My brother pushed around the cart for my clothes and Chad wheeled himself around in a wheelchair. :rotfl: Our Kohls is super nice and at the women's fitting rooms they have couches for the husbands.

We also went to eat at Red Robins and went to Babies R Us(Isaac needed a high chair) and then we went to the the new Batman movie.

It was a fun day. The longest I'd ever been away from Isaac though. :guilty:

Here are some pics. The first is the sunset after the storm last Tuesday.

This is the flooding from Friday night. It has gone down a lot. Thank goodness! I took all these from our back lanai.

In the very back of this one it looks like a river in our backyard. But it's not supposed to be. There is a strange dip in the backyard, it runs through the entire block and it other areas too around here. People say it was from an old railroad that ran through the area back when this was all a ranch. That would be really cool. The water was past my knees in it though.

P1040394.jpg

Here is Kaleb sleeping. He was just so peaceful and sweet looking.
He's not wearing lipstick, God wasted those lips on a boy. ;)
P1040352.jpg

And Isaac, because he's just so cute!
P1040348.jpg

MommyP,

Glad you had a fun day without the kids.

Great sunset photo!

Yikes on the flooding, but you got lucky it didn't get in the house. People over around Melbourne here got way too much rain, 25", flooding homes all over the place.

Good riddance to Fay!!!

Hi Mommyp...we had flooding rains back in the first week of April...I had knee deep in the basement and out side the back door its was waist deep...an Im 6 foot tall...we ahvnt had much rain at all this month ...none in the last 2 weeks....

Kaleb sure is cute sleeping ...kinda reminds me of some of us when we were little :goodvibes
