Just click the link in the email prior to 11 am eastern. Have your DVC Membership Number handy as that's the first thing you will need to enter.

It said it already at capacity? How can that be? I only had 500 people in front of me when it started. For both dates, it doesn't even give me a choice?

Yea -something is wrong. I started at 350, and same thing - Event has reached capacity - after it finished the countdown.
