They used to have this WONDERFUL sandwich at the Columbia Harbour House. Does anyone know if you can find this anywhere else in other parks?

I am sorry that I cannot help with your specific question as I have not been to disney yet but I CAN tell you how I make my own at home.

French toast
Eggs
Ham
Cheese (if you want)
Top it all off with some maple syrup.

This isn't in a park but on the "Olivia's at Old Key West" resort menu, it shows:

Grilled Monte Cristo - parmesan encrusted sandwich with ham, turkey and bacon with Swiss, mozzarella and American cheese. Served with marinara sauce and french fries $11.49

Sounds great - you might have to make a special trip over to OKW!

I remember getting this sandwich on Main St. back in the early 80's. I think the only place you can get it now is at the Blue Bayou restaurant in DL

I LOVED this sandwich and get it every time I go to a Bennigan's!

Sadly, it is no longer at CHH. It's still at the Blue Bayou at DLR, and it is delicious. The recipe was in the Disney magazine a few years ago, and it was kind of a mess to make.
