I wish I would have read this sooner, my son gave away his only teleportation for a pink set of doors.

Yes, Dagny and I were both conned last night into trading for these pink doors (both of us in the same room at the same time! LOL!) I traded away not only my 1 teleportation pin, but also my only invisibility and only snowman magic! GR!! What makes it worse is that this person (won't name them) had "Dis member" in their signature.

Edited to add: I just went and played this game - so EASY, even for a game-challenged lame person like me!! LOL! This just pours salt on an open wound for me! LOL! At least I like pink doors!

I just played the game a few times. I noticed that the correct door was the same each time. Is that always the case?

Yes and once you know that it takes less than one minute to get a door. Which is a good thing because it took me twenty minutes to find it in the first place LOL

For anyone who is having trouble getting the game to work, make sure you have the very latest shockwave. I had issues but as soon as I upgraded, it was all good

i can't get to the game either. i turned norton off, and still no VMK link thing. it shows the attraction and tells about it, but there isn't any game. I can get to the the link Mal posted. Is that the same page? If not , Capt. B , can i beg a code off you? (i'd rather play the game, but doors would be nice)

I played last night and it was much slower than this morning- I think we overloaded the server a bit lol

I now have all my rooms connected in some way with teleporters- and this morning got some for dh and dd and ds

yeah it takes about a minute or so between opening the page and refreshing again after getting the code...

Seems like there will be many many pink teleporters running around-

for those who were "cheated" I will try to help replace your stuff too. that is a shame.

Yea i won tonights host game and recieved purple doors. so if they are going ot switch them i say get as many pink ones as possible! If only they screwed up and put the gold doors there!

Oh and this is REALLY sad but people on Ebay have already started to charge people for a Pink door code! How ridiculous!

I'm pretty sure its against VMK values to sell items from the game. Since these aren't trading cards it seems a blatant violation of game rules and I hope whoever is doing this gets a permanent ban. I find it very sad that this goes on. Its a free game, why can't people just enjoy it and trade and share fairly within the game rules?

On a lighter note...
I'm also confused about the memory game link. That isn't anything like this game, not that I'm complaining. The newsletter said it would be a memory game though. hmm..

It is interesting that the vmk home page hasn't been updated to show that the current game is active either.

Just a quick note:

As of today you can only redeem two codes at a time, per day I believe, per account.

I was redeeming some codes and then after the 3rd code it told me it wasn't valid. I logged on to my mule acct and that same code worked. I think a very wise decision to keep the number of teleporters down on vmk.

*Edited I retract my comment. It seems when I closed the code window I was able to open and enter another two. Hmmm.....

Technically it is a memory game. You have to remember which doors lead to it!

NEWS FLASH! I was talking to VMK_Mocha this morning and people in the room were complaining that they won pink doors from host game when now they should have won purple doors. I mentioned that they might change the door colors in the memory game to the rightful purple color. VMK_Mocha told me that they might.

That's pretty big considering most vmk staff always say "I don't know"! So stock up on pinks just in case! Never hurts!
