The last couple trips we took, one of the monorails was painted...Avengers once, Iron man another time. Is there a special theme this year?

There are no wrapped monorails at this time.

The wrapped monorail was to promote a particular movie/event and was a special one-time thing. Right now there aren't any wrapped monorails.
