Monorail stops.......

I have seen guests point at Chef's Mickeys and remark that is where they wanted to be, as we whiz through . ;)
I think some make the mistake of thinking the MK monorail from TTC will stop at the Cont. They must assume if the monorail goes through the concourse, it will also stop.

I think I've got a good grasp on it now. When I made my PS's for our upcoming April 2-9 trip, the person at Disney Dining always said to allow plenty of time to arrive at the restaurant. I can see that even though we'll be on the monorail line, it may take some time to travel to the TTC and hop on another monorail to our destination. Thanks everyone! :flower:

related question- we're having dinner at ohana at the poly before our wishes cruise-- we may have time to kill after dinner before the boat departs- how long is a circuit on the monorail from the poly??

thanks!

Resort Monorail: I don't know, but I would guess about 20-30 minutes for a complete circuit. Nearly all of this time is people getting on and off, so it can vary quite a bit according to how many people are riding at the time. They have a tendency to wait for passengers who are "almost there". If the monorail went all the way around without stopping it would take no more than 5 minutes.

Don't forget waiting for the monorail to come, and getting back to the dock after you return. Don't even think about it unless you have at least 45 minutes before your cruise departs; I'd want an hour to be comfortable.
