Monorail from Contemporary Resort to MK

Is the monorail running a normal schedule or limited schedule from CR to MK? Has anyone had resent experience catching monorail in the morning from CR? Are there long lines for it?

I realize we can walk and we usually do but we are traveling with someone who has never been to Disney so it would be a nice way to arrive.

Normal schedule, but as usual it makes the loop around the other way, to TTC->(Skipping Poly since station is closed)->GF->MK.

I haven't tried to catch it in the morning lately but they did partition off the monorails seats recently so that should help with lines.
