OMG!!!! 30 pages of drunks! You Go!!!!,
you can find me at any watering hole along the route! At this point I am so stressed out over the are we/aren't we stuff...I just want to DECIDE! However, I have heard that patience is a virtue and must hang in a bit longer. I know WDW will be there for us at a later time, it's just that this trip was just falling into place REALLY nicely...great room rates, airfare wasn't too terribly bad for Dec., DH anxious and actually kinda involved in the planning a bit...choosing the hotel and a few PS....getting AWAY for the Holidays (HUGE) Even the part about getting most of the kids gifts out of the way early will go up in flames as a lot of them are WDW related, and I just can't have them opening those after taking the trip away...so returnig great stuff at great prices to join the mad dash of shoppers...uuugghhh..no offense, but I was enjoying being a step ahead this year. At least ahead of what I usually am. O.K. Tomorrow...paging Mr. TOMorrow...is another day. actually it's FRIDAY!!!!!!!!! My pinky is officially out thank you very much...Lush/Lushettes...PARTY ON!
Sounds absolutely wonderful...
Anyway...enjoy and give thanks all!

. AKL has 2 of my favorite bars ... VF and the pool bar. I'll be there in just a few short weeks

. I enjoyed a couple bottles of Beaujolais Nouveau with my turkey on Thirsday. Sam's Liquor, a store in Chicago with great prices, was having a sale this weekend. Buy $100 and get a $10 gift card to use in January. We were very low in our scotch collection and, boy did we add to it last weekend! We bought a bottle of Johnny Walker Red as a light "swill" scotch, a 12 year old Highland Park, a 10 year old Laphroig cask strength (yum, our favorite), a 12 year old Glenfarclas, a 12 year old Glenmorangie Port Wood finish (I also like the Sherry finish) and 13 year old Glendronach. I also bought a bottle of Hungarian Tokaj (said Tok-ai) which is a sweet wine for my DH's birthday and we were short about $20 for another $10 gift card so I picked up a bottle of Veuve Clicquot which is chilling in the fridge for that special moment

Gaiusrex said:Well, the wife and I had every intention of doing the drink-a-thon, but our asses were thououghly kicked. The timing was perfect; the whole family ate dinner at Cinderella's Castle; we watched Wishes from the bridge to Tomorrowland; We walked back to our rooms at the CR by 7:45p; the kids fell asleep soon after. We had Nana & Grampy in an Adjoining watch the kids as we slipped out to the Outer Rim for the first stop on our Monorail Drink-a-thon.
After I had a Bass ale and she had a sour apple martini, we were exhausted. We dicide to have another drink at the bar and head back to the room and have a drink. I never anticipated how much two little girls could kick my butt during the day. Well, in a couple years, maybe I'll have to carry them less, and I'll get the wifey to follow me around.
Consequently, I did get a pic of our drinks at the Outer Rim. Maybe I'll post highlights later.
Just to forewarn the rest of you planners. Toting around little children will tire you out beyond your expectations. I can usually handle a good deal of alcohol, buit after 2 or 3 drinks, I was ready for bed. I guess kid'll do that to ya.![]()
