Monday, May 31 - Exercise Thread

DH and I walked 5 miles and ran 2 miles this morning. We'll head out this evening to walk the whole 7 and I'll do something else, but I can't decide between the bike and pilates (I'll see how I feel). I already have 13,378 steps in and it's only 9:00 AM!

Who's next on this holiday morning?:sunny:
 
Walked 40 minutes this morning...upped my speed, so I think I did well. NOw off to the mall to get in many more steps!!

For the first time in 4 weeks I can post here, I hope this is the beginning of many days in a row!

I did 30 mins of Pilates before the boys woke up and we just got back from a 30 min walk (this afternoon, I am going to drive the same route to see how far we walked). I can not believe how hot it is outside already! I am planning on taking a longer walk this evening:D

I live in Florida, too! It's too hot to walk outside. Our mall opens up an hour and a half early for walking. Four laps = 3 miles! Did the four laps. Tough to do today! Happy Memorial day everyone!
 

I went jogging this morning, 3.6 miles in 38 minutes. Great job everyone! :cool:
 
steps are up at 13,700 and Im hoping to get back out before the rain comes
took DS to the Southwicks Zoo so we walked around there
then came home and walked 1/2hr outside
 
today I walked 1 mile - jogged 3 miles -- walked 1 mile

very inspiring workouts at the beginning of this thread!! made my tired!!
 
All you WISH exercisers are so inspiring! Great job everyone.

This morning I did FIRM super cardio sculpt again. I just love this work out. It's so intense but fun at the same time. I feel so energized through my day. Okay, who's next?
 
I did four parts to the firm super cardio mix and I did the whole total sculpt plus abs workout. I feel great!!!!!!!
 
I walked 4 miles on the TM this afternoon.

Anyone else?
 
I am happy to report that I walked 5 miles outdoors this AM. I need to get myself back into the "swing" - managed to do 8 on Sat for Relay for Life - yesterday rested and today good start for the week!
 
My first go at cardio, finally...3 mile walk around the neighborhood. I'm psyched!
 
First time I tried the 4 mile WATP video. It was a good change but, I'll be sticking to the 2 & 3 mile tapes most days. ;)

It was pouring down rain this morning, so I postponed until tonight. My legs made up for their horrible performance yesterday, and I got through all three miles in 3/4 of my normal time! (I actually jogged a lot more today than I normally do.) I skipped one minor hill...I felt so good after weighing/measuring, that I decided to treat myself. :)
 
I walked/jogged a mile and half on the treadmill this evening. We had a rainy day, so I was not able to walk outside.
 
Finally got in a 25 minute walk after the rain stopped. Counting it as my Day 1 of my C25K program. :)
