Of course not. My kids are bathed and clean when they are sent to preschool (and school in the fall) and I do everything I can to cram hand washing down their throats but I can't watch them all day while they are in school wrestling around with other children, playing in the dirt, school bathrooms, lunch rooms, toys a million other kids have touched, etc. Unless you keep them home under thumb 24/7 they are going to encounter germs from other children, toys, dirt, etc.
And I think you missed my point about the immunity standpoint. Of course your kids aren't going to be going to third world countries where some of these disease are still rampant. That is my POINT exactly. WE would have these outbreaks if the majority of parents didn't vaccinate. Basically, those of us who chose to vaccinate are protecting your children from these diseases. You can thank us later.
