Today DH and FIL are finishing up painting Lily's room and my dad's coming over to put the new fan in the living room. I get to just stay out of the way!
Awesome about the shower-- I've seen the bears that do the womb sounds, but never heard of a sheep before?? Sounds super cute!!
You'll have to post pictures of their progress and yes PLEASE stay out of the way and just watch. I learned the hard way...

I landed myself in labor and delivery last night...

DH keeps saying "I told you that you were doing too much this late in things"
We moved yesterday (we've gotta be out of our other house Thursday, they've got someone else moving in!) and I was motivated and overdid it majorly with the unpacking/moving/etc.
I started having pain and trouble breathing about 7:30 and it just kept getting worse. I'd sit down but when the pain lessened, I'd get back up and do something else.
About 10pm it got so bad the pain had spread to my gallbladder and so I took the pain medicine they gave me and it didn't help. I took another and it didn't help. It was still coming and going and I just knew it was my gallbladder because it was exactly the same as January.
DH ended up aking me to the ER about 12:30 .....
ER nurse kinda smirked at me when I told her I was 38weeks and ripped up the paperwork I filled out and sent me to L&D and asked if this was my first. I told them it was but that I knew the pain was my gallbladder. She smirked again and said "Sure, honey, but we've just got to have them check you." Fair enough, I think that's protocol, right?
Turns out I was having contractions all night and when they got stronger, the pressure from them was causing all the extra pressure on my gallbladder which was causing the gallbladder attack that the pain medication couldn't get rid of .... she said that might be why I didn't notice the pain from the contractions, because the gallbladder pain was stronger...
This makes me SUPER excited for when the fullblown contractions come and they can't give me crap for my gallbladder!!!!!!!!!
They kept me for 3.5 hours and timed the contractions, they went from 15 minutes to 12 minutes apart and weren't doing much of anything down yonder (in 3.5 hours I went from a fingertip dialated to 1.5 and still at 70%) so they gave me the option to stay and maybe get the drugs to try to soften things up or go home and see what happened. I came home-- I didn't have a bag or a carseat!
So we'll see whether or not Lucas stays put.

Today's to do list? Car seat and a hospital bag...
