I'm almost to the top of the list. I don't post much but I have been on here since the beginning of my pregnancy. Time has gone way to fast. I have 2 more weeks left, I can't wait. Not looking forward to a repeat C-Section but I want my little girl in my arms and out of my back.

I'm still in a LOT of pain. I'll spare you the delivery details... so once I can sit on my bum for more than 5 mins I'll try to post pics.

The girl at work today was all over me about having my bag packed when I go in tomorrow. I keep trying to tell her that Dr. won't induce me tomorrow but she's set on him being born before too long.
I should mention she has two kids- the first one they induced her labor after the US showed she was incredibly low on fluid, that very day and she was 36 weeks- the second one, she had placenta previa, dr. didn't know, and ruptured her placenta during a routine exam at 35 weeks and she had an emergency c-section. Lady doesn't seem to realize neither of her experiences were NORMAL!

I'm very excited to see what my Dr. says tomorrow, I'm crossing my fingers for a date!!

I'm here and well. The new house is kicking my butt. We still don't have everything unpacked and rooms are half painted etc. Our internet was having problems too but a tech came out today and it is finally working correctly.

I'm so jealous that you just closed and already there!
I'm heading over to the cable department here shortly to get our service switched, so I'm getting closer.. but still... you're actually living in your house! You guys rock!

I took a bunch of people off the list that are waaay past their due date, but I would love to add them back if they update!!

...and promptly gave those of us who you moved up to the top a HEART ATTACK! (kinda like I did on facebook yesterday )...

I got a great deal today at Target on Similac Advance. I remembered seeing some on clearance last week, so I took a chance it was still there. Similac changed their packaging and the expiration was good thru 8/2010. The quart size bottle of ready made is normally $5.84...it rang up at $2.92 and I had $2.00 manufacturer coupons...I got 6 bottles for .92 each ...

Ok, anyone else but me having alot of heartburn lately??? DM told me tonight it means the baby is going to have alot of hair. First time I heard this so I thoughtI would share.

Score! Great deal at Target. I really, really wish we had one now.

TONS of heartburn. DH is a hairy beast, people have told me the hair thing from the very beginning.
Funniest part- at the ultrasound yesterday the tech showed us that Lucas DOES have hair right now!

I was sort of MIA all day. Last night I had a bunch of contractions. Every time I shifted, rolled over, got up to pee, I was aware that my uterus was tight. Even though my contractions are painless, they are nonetheless terrifying. So I made DH stay home from work & this AM called my doc's office who said I should head over to L&D to get checked out.

Fortunately, it was just for a few hours of monitoring & another u/s at MFM. Despite all last night's contractions, cervix was unchanged since I was last there 2 weeks ago.

I get the feeling that I may become a regular at L&D. At least one nurse & a a doc in MFM knew me on sight. Since I had no real warning with my son, they are totally fine with me coming in as many times as it takes. I have no way of knowing if/when the contractions are actually productive vs. just practice. So while a bit hairy, it was good news in the end. And since I got little sleep last night, I took a 3 hr nap before dinner. I was told many times to keep doing what I'm doing, mainly nothing.....

So I'm still hanging in there.

Glad to hear all is well, even though you had a scare! I'll keep praying all keps going well and that you don't get too terribly bored doing all that nothing. . .
