Just a "drive-by" post today! I wanted to post the pics of my newly created LGMH! Woo-Hoo! I had to print my screen name instead of write it because there's no way I could write small enough to fit it! (maybe I should have thought about that when choosing a screen name! LOL!)

Okay you know I am new to this, but what is LGMH??

It's the way that DISers recognize each other at the parks. You get the Mickey Heads from the paint department at Home Depot....Alien Green is the color. Then you just add your screen name and attach it to your bag. If another DISer sees it, they'll say hello! (and I think LGMH stands for Lime Green Mickey Head...or maybe it's Little..not sure on that one!)

On our trip in 2007 I thought we did pretty well with our snack credits. We were on the standard DDP so we got one snack per day. I remember getting Mickey bars, Rice Krispy treats, root beer floats, popcorn, Tinkerbell Twist slush, ice cream on Main Street.....maybe others that are escaping me right now.

Now on this trip we are doing the QSDP so we get 2 snacks each day.....WOO-HOO!!! I am doing my research and I want to make really good use of those snack credits. So far, here are the snacks I am sure I want to try. Please let me know if you have a favorite or if I have a glaring omission!


All that being said.....I am more of a salty/savory kind of snacker and most of my choices are of the sweet variety. Any suggestions for non-sweet snacks that I missed? Thanks everyone!

Just to throw out there...we had a few snack credits left over from our trip last June and before catching our plane I picked up several Chip & Dale snack Co. goodies, dried fruit, nuts and we had them for snacks on the plane home.

Also you can totally get away w/ using snack credits for breakfast at both MSB and SRC we did in 08 Good food!

Very nice....I'll be working on a few new ones too for this trip...You are the 2nd Diser I've seen punch a ribbion strap hole through the ear, I may try that too.

I keep saying I'm going to go to home depot and get some and I don't even find myself near home depot at any point in my daily travels...maybe tomorrow since I have to go get some dog food and home depots right next to there! But they look great!

Yep...just attach them to your bag and hope someone spots you!!

Thanks for the suggestions! I think we will definitely use some snack credits for breakfast. We only have one breakfast planned and the CS options for breakfast aren't all that plentiful!

We were driving past Home depot today and boyfriend pulled in...when I asked him why he said 'don't you need those paint swatches?' Lovely of him to remember! Of course when i told him WHY i needed those he called me a loser and begged me not to bring them in July!!

But I finally got my mickey heads so I'll have to work on them this weekend!
