We just discovered mojitos and was wondering where is the best place to get one at WDW?

Mojitos are wonderful....I did have one somewhere at WDW, but for the life of me cannot remember where. Maybe it was at Citrico's, but I am not sure. I think you will be able to get one at any restaurant that has a full bar.

Never had one at Bongo's, although everything else is fantastic there.

We have had them at Pop Century pool bar..they do a pretty good job there.

Not at Disney World!! Seriously, I love a good mojito, but the mojitos available at most of the Disney bars (I can't speak for Bongo's) are made from a mix, and are y-u-c-k-y!!!!!

Also had a marguerita there, which I thought was the best I'd ever had (not frozen).

Context - I don't drink often, mostly wine

Still, Bongos was really good - it has become a tradition to have one per trip - and we don't have any other alcohol traditions at Disney

The Cabana Bar & Grill pool bar at the Dolphin. Best Mojito I have ever had. Try the pineapple one. No fake falvors or syrups - just fresh mint, simple syrup, rum & soda. The pineapple one is the same thing with chunks of fresh pineapple in it, no juice, just fruit.

I would kill for one of those right now.

NOT House of Blues!!!! I ordered one there in March, and it was syrupy, sweet and disgusting. :( I'm not a big complainer, but I had to send it back and ordered a Sam Adams. :)

LOL...you and I just have way too similar tastes, Leota! I was coming to this thread to mention the mojitos at the Dolphin Cabana Bar! We just had the regular ones...and watched the bartender muddle the mint leaves, add the simple syrup...he did not use a mix.

My DH is not a rum drinker, but he even agreed these are PERFECT for sitting pool side. So refreshing!

Ok, it is 8 a.m. and now *I* am craving one, too!

*thinking about trying to make some with vodka...opinions?*

The lounge at the Turf Club Bar & Grille in Saratoga Springs made me the most BEAUTIFUL looking mojito I had ever seen. And it tasted good too! You have to try that place.

Well, we'll just have to stroll over to the Dolphin from the Beach Club to try one of those! :goodvibes

I had one that was quite good at the Poly. I was at the indoor bar by the Kona cafe.

I had a great one at the bar at AKL last year. This year I needed a repeat and it wasn't as good...not sweet enough. I am headed to SSR in November...I will have to try that one.

I'm going to have to check out Bongos - makes sense they would make a good Mojito.

Are they like the other PI Clubs where you can take it to go?
