I just don’t understand as some people clearly aren’t having issues as can be seen with the constantly changing and disappearing inventory.

But the rooms were disappearing before they were open this morning right at booking time.

Could be a couple of things.....as people are able to get part way through the booking process it may be taking the room out of inventory for a set period of time. Also, couldn't DVC be using their points to book rooms at the 11 month window (somewhat automated)?

folks are going online and going through the booking process, but stopping before the last screen and releasing once they get through on the phone and getting the CM to finish the booking. this is what folks are saying. I’ve never done it, so don’t know if it works. Also, when you are booking online and the system craps out on you, you room is held in limbo for about 10 minutes before it goes back into inventory. That’s why you’re seeing inventory change.

I'm working with my 7 month window and I can get through to the guest screen but not past it. It started at 8:04 am EDT and it hasn't gotten any better. It's getting worse actually and now I can't see the days available now.

Most big companies only have the major holidays. I don’t think I have ever had Columbus Day off.

Was just able to book! Finally! Used to like the dwarves.....not any more.

I was trying to get 9/11 for VGC. It kept giving me the dwarfs. Then I tried and it said waitlist only, but then went to dwarfs. Just tried and got the reservation! So as you said, it must have taken rooms out of inventory temporarily and when it came back up it was open!
