Mobility Scooter Tulum

My Parents want to visit Tulum during our next cruise. My mom has some mobility issues and I was wondering if anyone knows if mobility scooters are available for rent through the DCL excursion or privately at the site? Thanks for all your help

Well, since the description of the excursion on the DCL website says:'

Wheelchairs (collapsible or electric) are not permitted. Tour operators will deny participation to Guests arriving in wheelchairs or electric scooters.

I'm going to have to say "no". Having been there, I would think trying to get around the site on a scooter could be a bit of a challenge.

They do have a wheelchair ramp but the paths are gravel. I don't think an electric scooter would work there. I am not sure if they have wheelchairs on property for use. There is also a small hike to the busses on a very narrow sidewalk. Those are also not wheelchair/scooter friendly.
