We are planning our 3 week DV later this year. There are 2 families going and we want to stay in contact via phone. We think it will be cheaper to buy a PAYG phone when we get there, we have 4 kids that may go off on their own but we will still need to be able to get hold of them. Can anyone advise us on which is the best/cheapest network? I've seen some PAYG at Wallmart for $20 with $15 call time inc. Is this good?
