I am sure this has been discussed, but I can't find it.
If we are in MK during the day, can we stay in the park or do they make everybody leave at 6:00 p.m. and come back at 7:00 p.m.?

If you have tickets, you get an wristband and you get to stay.

If I remember correctly (from 2003), you get a wristband, and then they herd everyone with the wristband into Tomorrowland at 6 so that they can prepare the rest of the park with decorations. Once that's done - they project 7, but we got in earlier that year - they set you free!
