MNSSHP-what to do?

We are planning on going to the september 5 date. we are checking out the on the 6th. We were thinking about doing a water park in the morning and go back to our hotel around 1 and relax before venturing onto the party? Good strategy?

I told dh the Halloween party is scheduled for one of the days during our trip. We will only be there for 3 nights and have 3 days base tickets (we have a long drive home and will not be going to a park on check out day).
Well he really wants to go to MNSSHP and take the kids. We have planned to spend that day in Epcot. We have a 4:40pm dinner ressie at Coral Reef.
So.....if we decide to go to MNSSHP should we just keep our plans and head over to MK after our dinner? Switch our days and spend the whole day in MK? Keep the days the same and get an earlier ressie at Coral Reef? IDK what to do, help, lol

If I were to do that, I would keep my day the same, perhaps setting out a little later than what I had planned....or even setting out early, doing what I was going to do, head back to the resort for a swim and relax, then back to Coral Reef for dinner and off to MNSSHP. Or change ressie to lunch and head back for swim and rest and then off to MNSSHP.

The party really doesn't get rolling til 7:00 pm.

I can see your problem since you aren't there very long. We are going to go on a Tuesday. Spend the morning at Epcot, have lunch at Coral Reef go back to the hotel and then go to the party. If you can do that I would suggest it.

I am so excited for this! It will be my first time too.

We have a ressie at 9 am in Epcot for the Segway Tour and then lunch at Coral Reef. Probably will go back to crash for a few hours and then head to MK. It sounds like we should eat dinner somewhere in MK!

Another question...it's just dh and I for our anniversary, so do we dress up to? Even if we have no kids? Wasn't sure about this one!

We are going during MNNSHP but I think we are going to skip it. We as well will only be there 3 days, and I don't think that DD or DS can make it that long, even if we take it easy that day. I know some will think we are missing out, but I don't want to compromise the rest of our trip, and the next night is Spectromagic/Wishes, and I want to see that too.
