MNSSHP tickets transferrable?

Here's my dilemma: I want to attend MNSSHP on Oct 8. My mother is seriouly ill, and there is a slight chance the trip will be off. If I buy the tickets in advance can I re-sell them for face value? If I hold off my purchse, what are the chances of the Oct 8 event selling out very early?
I welcome your advice.

Last year only the last 2 nights soldout, 30th & 31st. The 8th is early in the month, it will probably not sellout. I would take a chance and hold off.

I, too, would hold off. It will not sell out. The early parties have not sold out.

Why go through the trouble of trying to sell the tickets if you don't have to.

Last Year my brother-in-law had to fly home to testify in court for his job, I went to guest relations at the Magic Kingdom, and sure enough they gave me a cash refund for the ticket. That was a great surprise.
