Do many people wear the tshirts at the event? We're going for the first time and not sure whether to lug costumes for all...
You know....I don't recall seeing too many folks wearing the T-shirts in 2002, but since they were black I just simply may have missed them. We did wear ours though.
The funny thing was that as soon as we had changed out of our original shirts and into the
MNSSHP T-shirts, we received quite a bit of attention from the CMs. (CMs on rides greeted us with a, "Having a good time, folks?" as others before and behind us were just waved on through; CMs in the streets stopping to say hello and ask if we were enjoying the night; CMs giving candy would comment on our "snazzy-looking T-shirts," etc.) I noticed this too of the children who chose to dress as Disney characters vs. the ones who chose more traditional Halloween costumes.
It may have been all in my mind, but I will just add that not a word had been said to us by any CM prior to changing to these shirts. However, the "special" treatment of our DD, who was dressed as Jasmine, and of other children dressed as Disney characters was noticeable from the moment we entered the park at the front gate.
Just an observation, folks. . . .
