MNSSHP scrapping kit?

I saw in another post that there is a Halloween party kit, does anyone know how much it is, and what comes with it? Also, do the sell paper by the sheet or in a pack at DTD and the resorts?

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but when I was at DD last November I took a pic of a Halloween SB kit.
