It will sell out before the date.
The park will be very busy.

The park will have a lot fewer people than a busy park day. But a huge majority of people will be concentrated on Main Street most of the night. Ride lines will be short, but party specific things will be a madhouse. You will FEEL the crowd, unless all you want to do is ride rides.

The regular park day won't be that bad.

The night after Halloween will also sell out.

The good news is that Halloween proper isn't any more sold out than another sold out party night.
