Let's say you have kicking Han Solo and Luke Skywalker costumes you're planning to wear for the party...

I assume you can't be toting around the (super sweet) Han Solo blaster. But can you still sport the holster?

Is anyone going to cause a ruckus if you have a light saber replica dangling from your belt?

They sell lightsabers and blasters in the park. I doubt either would really be a problem. It mgiht be different for adults to be carrying them though.

I know you can't wear anything that covers your face (a helmet, mask, etc)

I don't think you can carry any fake weapons into the park (a lightsaber would be okay since they sell them and it's not like you could hurt someone with one or that someone would feel threatened if they saw one) but a blaster may be a different story. Generally I would go by the idea that if it makes you wonder if it's allowed, chances are it's probably not.

Also if your costume looks legit be prepared to be told a zillion times by CMs that you cannot sign autographs or pose for pics while dressed up in the park.
