MNSSHP 2012 Official Information

Okay...I give up..I have been searching on the web site for a link to purchase the tickets and cannot find it...are you folks phoning in?...if so the usual Disney number...

If the link is up can someone please post the link for those of us the seem to be web challenged..tnxs

I am no expert as this will be our first MNSSHP however it doesn't look like they are available on line yet. I checked the on the Disney site (under vacation packages, tickets, special events) and I didn't see it listed. But like I said I am a newbie at this so maybe I am missing something.

Just bought mne for October 23!!!!! I cant wait. We did not get to go last year because I had just had my son, so we are so excited to be back. My kids are going as Tinkerbell and Peter Pan.

Can anyone tell me what dates typically sale out? We are thinking of going either Sept 30 or Oct 4 and have not decided yet, so I am waiting until we make a final decision, but I need to know if either of those dates go fast. I know the 31st will, but any others usually?

Last year Sept 30th did sell out, but that was mainly because MK's anniversary was Oct. 1st, and the parks were crowded at that time. Generally the last two parties are sellouts, but it is difficult to predict what will happen. I believe EPCOT is having it's 30th anniversary on Oct. 1st this year, so that may impact the Sept. 30 party again.

Thanks for the info. I'm calling now and purchasing our tickets for Sept 25th. :woohoo: This is our first trip to WDW. We are so excited!

Here is an odd question, I don't know if I need 4 or 5 tickets. When you call and order, do they charge you then for your tickets or do theywaituntil pick up? And if we pay now, can you resell an extra ticket?

You will get charged now. You can sell the extra ticket to someone else if you can find someone to sell it to.

I am planning on October 4th. I don't think it will be a sell out. I usually wait until I get there and can see a somewhat accurate forecast before purchasing tickets--especially since we will be there during hurricane season. Last year our "planned day" was rainy so I purchased tickets for another day.

Just called Disney to buy tickets for Sept. 25th and was told that the dates weren't loaded into the system and to try again later!:confused3

Lowest demand...maybe a few less people?

Ok...so I am trying to narrow down our days...

I am thinking right now we'll be in Florida Oct 20-24. This would give us the option of the Sunday, Oct 21 and Tues, Oct 23.

Based on previous years would either of these be less crowded, do you think? I was thinking Tuesday as it's in the middle of the week, but on Sundays, people have to get up and go to work/school on Monday so maybe the same?

Yes, I'm over analyzing this, but I thought I'd ask....
