That's normal. Anytime FP's for rides going down don't typically roll over to the next day unless the ride goes down in the last hour of park operations.
That's pretty typical. RotR has been the exception
Even if it never comes back?
When it goes anytime they don't know if it will come back or not that day so they don't automatically make it valid for the next day. If it does not come back up I would go to guest services and see about having it switched to tomorrow (don't go using it on something else in the meantime!!).

It will just be an anytime for any park and show as being good for that date and the following date.
