MMNSSHP...am I crazy?

We are planning on going to the MMNSHP on a Friday night....The night before we leave. Is it silly to go on a Friday...The one on Thursday night would be ok...but it is DD 5th birthday and we wanted to do 1800 Park Fare for supper...

Any suggestions?

From your travel ticker it looks like you'll be there the end of September/beginning of October. Depending on how early you're leaving the next day I would do MNSSHP on a Friday night since you're well before Halloween. I took my niece last fall (she was a week shy of her 5th birthday) and we had a great time doing MNSSHP. It was a really late night for her though so I had planned a "down day" for the next day. She ended up sleeping until about 10:30 a.m. (we left at midnight the night before).

We went on a Friday night in 2006 and it was great! Yes there were crowds, but it was no way NEAR as crowded as a regular day at Disney. If you are going in early October I don't think you'll have a problem at all.

OT - my DH and DS did Great America's Fright Fest last year. They went on the opening day and my DH said the park was practically empty! No one wants to celebrate Halloween that early if they can come closer to the actual holiday.

I would make a super early reservationfor PArk Fair for that day.

Hard ticket for MNSSHP allows you into the park at 4pm
