MLK day and after - best parks?

Hi.
We have decided to arrive a few days (staying at ASMovies) before our cruise/caribbean Beach resort vacation. This puts us arriving the Sunday of MLK weekend. We will just have a resort day on Sunday as I know my son will love the All Star Movies resort.
What would be the best park/parks on MLK Monday? Tuesday and Wednesday? We don't have to get a lot accomplished as our major touring will be the days after our cruise. Still it would be nice to get some things out of the way.

Our cruise is on the thursday after MLK.

Any help would be great. I'm agonizing over my itinerary and need to get it done before Tuesday so I can make my dining reservations.

We'll be down there from Jan. 12th - 23rd and the only thing I would say is avoid the MK on that Monday. We're planning on going to the AK but if it gets busy we'll hop over to Epcot. Since Epcot is the biggest of the parks (people wise) it handles the crowds better. See ya there. Maine
