MK- Tues Dec 13 crowds

Boy today it was a walk on for everything that we went to. It was great to just walk on Buzz Lightyear. Going to Epcot and MGM tonight. Hope it is that way at those parks.

I was at WDW from Dec 3 -- 11th. We walked onto everything each day!!! I planned it right for which days to go to which parks. We were at the MK last Tuesday and I couldn't believe how light the crowds were. We had done 90% of the park by 1pm.

The only day which we felt and saw the crowds was on Saturday, December 10th. We were at EPCOT. The entire week, I only had to FP one ride, Soaring and it was on the 10th I did that.

Other than that, the crowds were very light. The cheerleaders were annoying (as well as their parents) as ever but didn't interfer at all with our vacation.

I was even surprised on December 3rd in the evening the MK wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. EEH weren't that great, we didn't stay long but it did start to rain that night too. (Dec 7th)

I was at MK this Monday, the 12th, and it was very crowded. We were there in June on a Monday and it was also very crowded. I think I read in the Birnbaum book that Mondays tend to be crowded in the MK.

totally agree- we were there 12/3-12/11.....12/10 was the worst day. we ended up going to MK and just shopping that night cuz it was so crowded everywhere. MGM was a madhouse that night at osborne lights, i was sure i was goint to get trampled.

the rest of the week was great and yes, we had our share of annoying cheerleaders and moms, but it was mostly in the resort or on the bus. they were respectful in the parks and we hardly saw any there. it was the foodcourt at POR and in the hotel where we had to call security once for running upstairs while we were sleeping at midnight.

i might try another week next year to avoid pop warner.

That's exactly the news I want to hear. My suitcase is packed and we are leaving in about a half hour, just waiting for my niece and nephew to get through with school. And then we hit the road. Now, if only the rain will hold off till Monday.
