MK Tree/Park Lighting??

DW and I have MVMCP tickets for 12/14. What time is the tree lighting cremony start? We don't want to miss seeing the tree and MK light up. Will they post the times anywhere, resorts, WDW info packet??

My honey and I will be at MVMCP that same night. I have no idea about the timing of the lighting and such, but I hope that someone else does. Mickey

The flag retreat is at 5:00, the tree lighting is at 5:30 everynight. Both are worth seeing, find one spot for both in Town Square. The times are listed on the MK times guide. You would be able to pickup the times guide & park map (they are now separate) at your resort front desk or at the entrance of the parks. MVMCP has a separate guide.

Well, this will have to wait until our last night in the parks. I will be eating dinner at LTT at 5:30pm on the night of MVMCP. I think this could be a cool way to spend the last evening of our vacation. Walk down Main Street, shop, get a Mickey Bar, watch the lighting ceremony, see the fireworks on the first Saturday of Holiday Season. I bet it will be nuts, but we won't have much to do that day except soak in the pixie dust and holiday magic.
