MK to 'Ohana?

Actual travel time once you are on board your chosen means of transport (boat or resort monorail) should be 15-20 minutes. Given that there's some time spent walking from the gates and some time spent walking from the boat dock or monorail station to Ohana, I would be walking out the front door of the MK no later than 3:45 p.m. There's a good chance you will arrive early, but you never know.

Jestocost was right in the ballpark. You could take the ferry or resort monorail. The ferry stops first at Grand Floridian. The monorail stops at Contemporary and TTC. So, the time is about the same either way.

With perfect timing, it's a 10-15 minute trip. But, there are the inevitable weather delays or monorail malfunctions that can add to it.

I agree with being out MK's gate at 3:45.

Actually, the ferry runs only between MK and the TTC. Smaller "motor launch" boats make the run between MK/GF/Poly.

A third option for getting to the Poly from MK would be to take the ferry to the TTC and walk to the Poly, but it wouldn't be faster than either of the the other two options.
