MK to Epcot Monorail or bus

what is more easy and less time consuming; monorail all the way to epcot or bus (going from mK to epcot) don't want to do taxi coz if i have to go to TTC to get taxi I might as well take the monorail

Luck of the draw. I like to take the monorail just because it's the only monorail ride I do during a trip. If you take the monorail, you have to go to TTC and transfer (I like to take the ferry to TTC then hop the monorail). Bus is a straight shot, but it all depends on when you get to the bus stop, did a bus just leave so you have to wait for the next one? Are there a lot of people waiting, in which case you may need to stand or wait for the next bus. Or you could get to the bus stop just as the bus pulls up and there are only two other people in line, luck of the draw.

I know there are park-to-park buses in most cases, but wasn't aware of a bus between MK and EPCOT. We always took the monorail with the transfer at TTC. Is there now a bus between MK and EPCOT?

I think there is only a bus when the monorail is down.

That's what I thought too. From the previous posts above, it almost seemed that there was a choice between bus and monorail, but I had never seen the bus when the monorail was running.

I just assumed there was a bus to epcot from MK. I might be wrong

I agree that I think a bus to Ecpot is only available if the monorail is down.

If you want to go to from MK to World Showcase, taking a bus from MK to Beach Club can sometimes make sense. Then you can walk in through the International Gateway.

O.k. thanks to good old Google I've discovered there is not a bus between MK and Epcot or between TTC and Epcot (which sucks by the way) So it's either take whatever method you want to take to TTC and hop the monorail there, or take whatever method of transportation you want to any of the MK resorts and hop a bus there, or take a bus from MK to one of the Epcot resorts and walk to Epcot, which really isn't a long or time consuming walk but will land you in the world showcase so if you are wanting FW you are going to walk through the park. Or take a taxi or uber. Whew, what a silly plan that was to not provide buses between the two parks. So you have options, none of them great since the good ole monorail has been known to break down or have to stop to wait for another one to pass. As I've said, I usually take the monorail just because it's the one time we ride it and I'm never in a hurry so it doesn't matter to me how long it takes.

Wow, OP looks like the monorail is your only option except bus it to a non-monorail resort and go from there. Not sure what WL does, maybe they have a bus, don't know.

The boat goes to MK. There is also a boat that serves WL, FW and CR, but the OP was asking about transportation to EPCOT. No boat between WL and EPCOT- just the bus.

Like someone said above, if someone is really opposed to taking the monorails from MK to Epcot, the best alternative is a bus to the Beach Club, which is a very short walk away from International Gateway.

From the TTC the ride to Epcot is almost exactly 6 minutes. It's about 5-7 minutes on the Express monorail from MK to the TTC and there may be a 6 minute wait at the TTC for the next train. So, about 20 minutes travel time.
