Eh, I can understand. Once they hit any phase of close, they are going to want to try and redirect any traffic they can to keep things from getting worse. Keeps things simple.

I imagine they want to discourage as many people as possible to not come at that point, so it doesn't end up becoming a phase 4 closure.

Problem is those who don't understand they can still get in with an ADR just skip going when they get that message. They need to relay info better to on site guests. Period

Aparrently they are turning away cars at the toll entry booths.

If you come with Resort transportation you might be good.

I think phase B means if you’re offsite you’re outta luck. But if you’re driving and on-site or with a reservation you should be good

I feel bad for people trying to check in or get to the Magic Kingdom resorts. My in-laws are trying to get back there to check in and get to a dining reservation and they're stuck with a lot of cars and a bunch of Disney busses.
