MK opening ceremony every day?

A while back, I saw someone had posted pics of the MK "opening ceremony" where the characters come in on the train and a show by the train happens. I have never seen this, and I have been to MK for EE. Does this happen every day, or only non EE days? I would love to see this! TIA!

We've seen it twice, and love it!

The 2nd time, we wanted to get to MK early enough to see the "whole show".

CM at BCV told us MK was opening that am at 9am. Good. It's now 8:15am. Lots of time

Got to MK at 8:45, and it was just ending

Double check the times, and ask specifically what time the show is

Do they do it at 8:00 when they have the early magic hour (on Sundays)?

We saw it on a Monday & Friday back in June. The only part I didn't like is that the Main Street train station wasn't available for about 20-30 minutes after the park opened. Seeing the Mayor of Main Street & the characters was fun though.

The MK morning show is not done on Magic Mornings. So it is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 8:50am (8:50 is the scheduled time but if the crowd at the turnstiles is very large they will start it earlier but not by much...the train isn't avalaible to pick the characters up until 8:30 at the earliest).

As Jimmiej mentioned the Trains are not avalible on these days to guests until about 9:05. The train that is used for the show is modified to allow the characters to step off on the left side, so it is not used in daily service. Once the show is over the "Show train" is returned to the roundhouse and the first train in service will be waiting just outside Main Street Station, once all the entertainment and techs are clear the train will be cleard to proceed and start daily service.
