MK Opening Ceremony During Early EMH

Is there an opening ceremony before the morning extra magic hours at the Magic Kingdom, or is it before the regular gate opening?

I heard they are adding Elsa & Anna to the ceremony.

1. Yes. (It may or many not be the "Full" ceremony.)
2. Not on EMH mornings.
3. Anything is possible.

Anna and Elsa were, in fact, part of yesterday's Welcome Show. I don't know if they'll be part of it every time, but they definitely were yesterday. (I saw pics)

I wouldn't "count" on A&E being on the Character train EVERY Morning.

The "Magic Kingdom Welcome" Character lineup can vary.
