Is there a restaurant in the MK that you would actually get a view of Spectromagic &/or fireworks?::yes::
 
I'm not sure about restaurants in the MK itself, but I'm sure that California Grill in the Contemporary, O'Hana in the Polynesian and Narcoossee's in the GF all have fireworks views.
