Misspelled name on airline ticket

We are traveling tomorrow on Southwest using green passes. Therefore, I couldn't book the flight online, I had to call and the agent did all the entries. I received a confirmation from them, but never anything with our names on it. When I went to check in this morning I noticed my first name had an extra letter in it. Is this going to be a problem? Should I call them today and straighten it out? I just wouldn't want to lose my boarding number if they start fiddling with the reservation.

Same thing happened to me but they were missing a letter.

I called Southwest and they changed it over the phone.

I would do it today so that you are not attempting to do it while in line tomorrow.

Thanks, the more I thought about it the more I decided to call them.

I've gone through with a misspelled named. No one questioned it.

I wouldn't do anything as this won't be an issue. However, if you are worried about it, call your airline.
